I went in to do a typing test (thankfully I don’t really need them) and the girl working the front desk immediately asked me, «well do you have $ 20…cash?» I replied «yes I do.» I asked her a question, she paused like she was irritated and then gave me a sassy answer.
For a company that is supposed to promote great work ethic they sure do not embody that one bit. I know thats just one person but your front desk is the face of your company and the first impression you put out, like it or not.
Thanks but no thanks cornerstone. Oh and it doesn’t hurts to smile :)

They get credit for allowing walkins. The reason for the low rating:
Came to take a typing test and she gave me 3 tries. Ok. Good score was 67. Something happened where she couldn’t get it to generate properly so she made me take the test one more time: a different test. Got a lower score which I wasn’t happy about but –_​-​.
And never mind the wait time, I was done with my test and waited in the unmanned front area while they had a meeting. Rang the bell to get their attention and someone said, ‘we’ll be there soon’ and I waited like 15 minutes standing (no chairs in the front)
They need training on customer service BAD. Never make a customer/​client wait while you take your time in the back.
