I usually get a burrito bowl because who ever wraps my burrito just mushes everything together and it falls apart as soon as I peel the foil off. However, my faith in chipotle has been restored. I got a burrito here and this guy wrapped it with such skill and precision. I don’t know his name but he deserves a raise cuz it was lit.

I work right up the street and have been going to this Chipotle for ever. It’s definitely my favorite one and mostly because of the staff. They’re so friendly. They’ve even hooked me up with free food several times. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that I love the food.

The food is usual the Chipotle food that satisfies my Chipotle craving well enough. Reason for the 2 stars is just cause there were a couple obviously hard of hearing people ahead of me in line, one of which wrote down his order to make it easier — which works at most standard fast food places. Unfortunately, that does not work for them here as the paper may cause cross-contamination, understandably. But aside from that, there was no better form of communication provided for them and the lady working behind the counter even yelled at one the customers. Well I mean I guess whatever… he probably couldn’t hear her no matter how loud she yelled anyways. *shrugs* Yeah, this doesn’t affect me. I just think maybe Chipotle should train their staff to handle these situations better and be more accommodating to all their different customers.

Typical chipotle location however not the best one. Servers are very skimpy on the portions and the lettuce didn’t seem fresh at all.

Incompetent staff. Nobody here knows how to apply Chipotle Gift Cards in-store. Said gift cards work fine online and at other Chipotle locations. There is no effort on the supervisors’ part to look into the issue; they recommend calling the 800 number on the card. As a result, I’ve escalated the issue to corporate twice.

Portions seem a little on the light side compared to some other Chipotle’s. Not the worst though, as I have been to other ones that gave even less. The service is OK, but it’s hard to give these guys a stellar review because they didn’t have any Chipotle Tabasco sauce the last time I came here. That was quite a bummer. If you prefer to eat in the sun, there is an outdoor seating area in the center of the parking lot here. It’s a small plaza away from the bulk of Pacific Common businesses, so the walk to the seating area from Chipotle will take you less than a minute.

I used to love Chipotle. Their meat was flavorful and just plain good. Then the meat contamination issue happened. I don know if the effect was bland meat but that was what we just had. Bland food. Not coming back to Chipotle.

I’ve always had a problem coming here but I don’t like to make a big deal about it. One time I came here with a friend and the employee dropped my burrito bowl. she apologized and told me it’s still okay . I come here again a couple days later and the amount they put is so little. I guess it depends on who is making it for you. I’m usually super full after eating a steak bowl but this time I wasn’t even close to full. probably not coming back to this one again.

Long line, no problem. The staff here is very quick with getting your order, getting your money… and getting you to grub right away! Can’t ever go wrong with the bowl. My order is a bit unusual —not very Mexican haha. I get brown rice, veggies, chicken, corn, and lettuce. No salsa, no beans, no sour cream, no guac. To each his own. Their chips are infused with some lime-y taste. And I like! The Morgan Hill Chipotle is soooooo slow. I hate it. Don’t go there.

Just got a burrito bowl for lunch today because I love the price for the amount of food you get! Everything to me tastes super fresh! I personally like the chicken the best, but from time to time I will get steak Barbacoa or sofritas. I only get the burrito bowl as I find it the best value for the portion u get! Tip: if u can’t finish the bowl, ask for the toppings on the side so you can reheat it again! Tip: if you’re coming to this location during the lunch rush from 11 – 1:30 pm be prepared for a HUGE line. Today at 2 pm there were only about 3 people ahead of me, so the process went by in roughly 10 minutes or less. The staff has always been friendly at this location and I am always stuffed after I finish my meal!

This was simultaneously the best and worst chipotle experience I’ve had to date– I ordered my usual barbacoa burrito bowl through the mobile app, so that when I’m ready to pick it up, I could just waltz through the crowds during the lunch rush and not have to wait in line. My order was promptly waiting for me at the pick up window when I got there, so no complaints on that. However, the burrito bowl itself was full of undercooked rice and more chunks of fat than I would have liked. I don’t know why, but I’m going to have to order in next time– so maybe there is some truth to the old adage that«good things come to those who wait(in line)». And if you have the time to indulge in your sweet tooth afterwards, go to the new yogurt place that just opened directly across – Milk Cow Café. Trust.

I had a BOGO coupon so used it Fri 10÷2÷15. I picked Sofritos Bowl w/brown rice, salsa, corn, brown rice, black beans. It’s HUGE, enough for 2 people. Tasted bleh though. I paid over $ 7 for 2 items though w/my coupon I got from EatReal — playing the Chipotle game. For dinner Sat 10÷3÷15 I ate my Freebie Sofritos Burrito — It’s huge too. Got the same stuff as my bowl. Tasted bleh too. Had to add my garlic yogurt sauce I bought from Costco, and Tapatio I have at home. I only like Chipotle when it’s FREE, otherwise I wouldn’t go.

It’s been over 10 years since I last stepped foot into a Chipotle and ordered my customized meal. I wasn’t impressed then, and never really had any interest in ever going back. I thought it was mediocre Americanized Mexican food. So since I was looking for something healthy and close to MilkCow across the parking lot, I ended up at Chipotle. Ordered a steak salad, with the brown beans, corn salsa, and some sourcream and cheese — and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. It made me happy and I felt good about eating«healthy». My mind has changed and now I would definitely go back to try the other items on the menu.

I love chipotle but this branch has very poor service. Burrito bowl was too watery and very less veggies and chicken. Won’t recommend this place.

Chipotle is my life. I don’t care if the service sucks or they skimp on the chicken. I will be faithful to Chipotle. The lines get SUPER long from 11:00 — 1:30 Best time is around 3:30 Get the guacamole, because it is SO worth it.

Never had a bad experience at this location and food is always tasty. The lines are always long, but you can see the employees hustling to move the lines quicker.

Food is pretty consistent among all the locations I’ve been to, but today blechh, yuck and ewww are all I can say about the steak and chicken. At 12pm they were out of chicken so we waited for a few til it was done. Or over done, as it was charred, bitter and crispy. The steak was tough, chewy and cut in very large cubes making it very hard and unpleasant to eat. Poor cook must have been having an off day.

I gave this place too many chances. I come here every once in awhile– I placed my order on the phone today and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up in 15 minutes and wait another five minutes, go in and tell the lady that they told me it would be ready… And it wasn’t! She told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes! Okay — I get it, it’s really busy. This was pretty much the last straw. Any other times that I’ve come here, the food was either dry, was not good, my order was missing several ingredients, it didn’t taste fresh, whatever… All I know is I probably won’t ever be coming back to this location! Going to In n Out — screw this. They’re much faster!

Some of the workers here socialize too much. I been in line for 15 minutes and only 2 people have paid. Ridiculous. I’m editing my review. it’s been 25 minutes and I still haven’t ordered. Worst Chipotle ever! This manager fails at her doing her job, and the dm fails at hiring the right staff.
