This place is awesome the customer service is terrific and they are always happy to help me with whatever problem I present them with the only thing that I was a bit put off by was when I was coming to the store and a crazy woman was yelling at the owner and being super rude. While I don’t know why this woman was slandering this good company’s name. And though this frightened me a bit i will definitely be back to cartridge express it’s the only place I go to get my cartridges.

I was told to go to Cartridge Express by the person who gave me my computer. My printer is a lovely Hp, scanner, copier, one of the nicest I have ever had. I am Leary about these types of cartridges. I bought them and installed, been doing this forever, so I know what I am doing. I always got a message regarding the black cartridge. Message would always read low levels. I adjusted, cleaned nozzle, all the good stuff. Then I noticed a huge pile of ink off to the right of my printer, and all my copy with drippy ink on them. eeeeekkk. Called down the CE and spoke with someone named Vadam and he told me bring it in, I will clean it for you, sorry for the inconvenience. Brought it down and spoke with Raul, told him the story, he even knew the man who gave me the printer. Asked about said man and we did the bullshit route. He said «Vadam doesn’t work here» I said «He answered your phone?» Raul then proceeded to tell me you need to get it clean. Hello that is why I am here. He said «I am not cleaning it»
So that is my story. Poor product, rude customer service, and I dont believe Raul was being honest. Take what you want from this, yet I am never going back.

I have tried other refill services and was very unsatisfied with the quality and customer service. The complete opposite goes for Cartridge Express in Fremont! This is a great local business and the owners are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Their guarantee is great and I know if for some reason there is an issue that it will be resolved quick!
