Spent 20 minutes out of my 30 minute lunch waiting in the drive thru line. Slowest «fast-​food» place I’ve ever been too. Will not ever go here again.

I just spent 17 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break in their drive-​thru. Also, they don’t serve coffee after a certain time. I hate to give a bad review, but they need to step up their game.
On the upside, the food was fresh and the lady was nice enough.

Awful, just awful. Food was cold and my mile high bacon cheeseburger had about 3 strips of bacon. REALLY. I didn’t know the mile high bacon burger had so little bacon in it.

Delicious food, warm hot and ready. I come here almost every night around 3am. We always have a kind lady who try’s to prepare our food correctly.
I said no tomatoes you fucking c***.

Last weekend, my wife and I were headed on a three-​hour drive so we thought we would grab a bite on the road. This was a bad decision. We pulled into the drive-​thru and there was only one car in front of us. He made his order and we pulled up to the speaker. No one greeted us, but that was fine because we still hadn’t decided. A few seconds later, our mind was made up, but still no one on the speaker. «Hello?» I asked. No response. We waited another minute or so, still no one to take our order. «Hello? Is anyone there?» I asked again. Nothing. At this point there were a couple of cars behind us, so we pulled up to the window. Maybe we didn’t trigger the drive-​thru? I look inside the window and the drive-​thru employee (he had the headset on) look at us as I flashed a smile, hoping for some service. He glanced at us, looked around, and went back to the papers he was looking at without acknowledging us in any way. Thanks for wasting our time Carl’s Jr. The Jack-​in-​the-​Box that’s 50 feet away was quick with friendly staff and good food.
Long story short, don’t go to this Carl’s Jr if you want to speak to an employee or eat anything. Go to Jack-​in-​the-​Box instead.

Food is as good as any otber Carls and staff is pleasant but exceptionally and consistently slow… slowest fast food joint I’ve ever been to.

Worst protein burger I have ever had… too dry, I feel sorry for those of you who actually eat it with the buns! The Carl’s in Clayton is ten times better!

Never open after 1 am they say. 24 hour’s not so how can they make any money worst service ever … they need new management

Clearly this establishment isn’t interested in anyone’s business or money because they always seem to be out of one thing or anther.

Stay far, far, far away from this place, unless you have a full tank of gas in your car, and you have no where to be for 30 min!!! They call this a drive-​thru??? What a crock!!! Pulled up to the drive-​thru to place an order, the voice comes across and states «can I take your order?», my husband starts to order, gets one sandwich out and she says «Hold on, be right with you»… Umm ok?!? Well we waited there for 10 min!!! Can’t back up, can’t pull forward to get out so we figure, the people ahead of us must have a problem… ok. Tick-​tock, tick-​tock…
Oh now she is ready… Ok so we place our order, she says the total and we pull up behind one… yes one car!!! And here we go again… waiting, and waiting… well you get the point! We waited for 15 min in line, then we get to the window, she takes our payment, and again we are waiting for another 8 min!!!

Hello.Management are you there??? I think you need to go to school to learn the basics of business, customer service!!!
Oh wait maybe you do not have any schooling in management? No, hmm well that explains it!
Invest in management that knows how to run a fast food place, learn how to schedule your staff, and why your at it, take a customer service class!!!
We will never ever ever be back!!! That is a promise!!!

Came here to grab some late night coffee… interesting that the menu shows that they sell coffee, but the cashier tells me otherwise. Carls jr doesnt sell coffee. Wtf! This is a 24 hour location. By 880 and 680. What do you mean you DONT sell COFFEE!!! Smh.

Went there for breakfast with coupon. Only thing I hear from her is can I take your order until I leave this place, and didn’t even bother to ask me anything else or give me receipt.

Don’t come here during lunch hours. Wait are over 45 minutes. This place is ran poorly with horrible management. Avoid at all cost! Never coming back

this place is crap.
Pull up to the drive-​thru @ 11Pm Friday night to order a simple Oreo milkshake.
The guy tells me «we don’t have any milkshakes, we ran out».
ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?
I go «how do you RUN out?» and he goes «we ran out».
what does that even mean?!! did you run out of ice cream? milk? and oreos too?

all i wanted was a simple Oreo milkshake. i drove to Jack in the Box where Dante helped me out :) and I got me my Oreo milkshake.

Oh man I still come here and lower my life expectancy by coming here. But I still do. Moving to five stars for bigger burgers and more fries!

Been comin here for a while and bathroom always trashed. They have nice TVs when they’re on. No complaints about food. Get in and get out

Long story short… came here for lunch with co-​workers, waited over 25 minutes for the food and it wasn’t ready at that time so I asked for a refund. The CO2 tanks needed to be changed for the soda machine, the drain near the soda machine was overflowing making the area a hazard. Unfortunately, the place was understaffed and their priority was the drive-​thru while ignoring just about everyone else in the restaurant. Poor, poor management. The manager on site looked like he was doing his best but his prioritizing skills were lacking. I would not go back to this location. Very disappointed.

Just came from here. Got off work received a text from my parents be for driving asking for some food. I dont usually go out of my way to buy food late night especially when im tired but I did this time. No cars in front of me at the drive through it wasn’t busy so I took a bit of time looking at the menu.
I ended up ordering a famous star combo and the 5 piece chicken tenders combo. Waited for quite a bit, but it didnt bother me. I wasn’t in a rush. Came home and gave the famous star combo to my parents and went to dig into my chicken tenders.
They were small as hell. I dont see how they were 5 pieces, and each piece was literally burnt nobody should eat it. I didnt.
I would really give this a better review since everything else was fine and the cashier was really nice and friendly. But whoever prepped my food, you gave this the bad rating.

Breakfast! Fast food and open ²⁴⁄₇ pretty friendly staff. What more can you ask for?

I really like there Chilli cheese fries. There hamburgers ate pretty good also. The allways have food ice cream dessert that are allways on the money.
