C & C Cleaning Pros

Candy has been cleaning my home for a little over 6 months. She does a really great job. She is very thorough and efficient. There has been one or two times that I noticed an area she had missed and pointed it out to her. She was very willing to spend the extra time to clean the space.
I have three boys and they can make big messes around the dining table. She always makes sure to get all the surfaces that tend to be overlooked by other cleaners.
She has also been very flexible if for some reason I need to reschedule.
I would definitely recommend that you call Candy if you are looking for a dependable and affordable cleaner!

I have taken Candy’s help for cleaning twice. First time i really liked her but when she came second time… it was different story all together.
She left clearly visible layer of chemical every where, l had to do another round of cleaning for dirty cloth wipe marks and to remove chemicals. In addition she was rude overall.
This 2 star is average from last time and this one.

So I have to say I am extremely disappointed with this team and although they KIND OF attempted to make things right, ultimately we couldn’t come to an agreement. They were recommended to me by my mom that found them via a Craiglist posting. I was super excited because having a team of women would mean that I could get the job done in half the amount of time it takes my «usual» lady (not cheaper — more in fact, but with 2 little kids, time is of the essence).
They came out and seemed really nice so I left the house with my boys and our dog and asked them to text me when they were done so I could come back home. 3 hours later (mind you my mom’s house is 1000 sq ft larger than mine and took 3 hours, so I was kind of surprised by this) I got a text from them. We came back and WOW, nothing looked done!!! It looked like I had just picked up around the house, not had 6 total hours worth of work done to it!
Things wrong:
1. Floors obviously not done because there were shoe prints all the way back.
2. Coffee table not cleaned off (still a ring from something on the top that I was able to very easily get off).
3. Dining room table not cleaned off (jelly from my son’s breakfast was still on the top).
4. Dishes all left in the sink (later they said they don’t do dishes but this was never mentioned to me).
5. Since the dishes weren’t done, the sink also wasn’t cleaned.
6. The stairs weren’t vacuumed.
7. The upstairs was haphazardly vacuumed.
8. A glass of water was left in my husbands since filled with water… not sure why and this is the least of it but still wanted to mention.
9. Toys thrown in a pile. I didn’t expect them to be organized but not just piled…
So I sent them a text telling them I wasn’t happy especially since I was hosting a party 2 days later at my house. They said they only time they could come back would be 7am one of the next 2 mornings. As I mentioned, I have 2 very little kids and can not accommodate 7am cleaning. They then said they could come at 8pm that night but by this point that would have been awkward AND everything that needed to be done for the most part would have been where we were having dinner and getting ready for bed (hence why I LEFT for 3 hours). I had asked for a partial refund and they offered $ 10 out of $ 120. I told them that I’d need to hire my usually woman at $ 80 so asked for $ 40 for us to split the difference (which I think is MORE than fair) and they told me no.
Do not use them. I have had many people clean my house over the years and I was NOT happy with their service at all.

I use Candy and Sue’s help on a biweekly calendar. I love the way my bathrooms look once they are finished. Candy has been coming to my house for over a year now. She has been flexible with any changes in our calendar, due to vacations, appointments etc. Sue and Candy are very friendly, at the same time take their work seriously. If I request any deep cleaning for a specific area once in a while, they are always willing to help out.

Candy did weekly top-​to-​bottom housecleaning of our townhouse in Union City for a year while we were tenants there. We were very happy with her hard work, flexibility and her great price. Thanks to Candy the townhouse was perfect when we moved out.

We’ve been using Candy’s help for more than a year and can’t be happier. She is a true hard worker and never refused any job, always trying to accommodate even very late requests. She is very thorough, responsible and also flexible if you’d prefer things to be done in a specific way. Our house would be a nightmare if it wouldn’t be for Candy!
