The bathroom is not fuctional so go before you get there. Unless you use the drive through service is less than bad. If you get what you order consider it an accident. Parking is bad at prime times but you should consider that as an omen to go else where. If you must eat at this place be prepared for one of the worst dinning experiences you have ever had.

I wanted to try the new grilled dogs so I stopped by. No issues placing the order… $ 2 for the classic dog is very resonable. I’m glad this location upgraded their soda fountain because now I can get an orane-coke! I’d give the grilled dog a 9 out of 10! I get 7 – 11 hot dogs and the taste is so strong I can taste it literally the rest of the day .not with the BK hot dogs! Generous onions, relish, ketchup and mustard. The bun was soft… it was delicious! Good job burger king

Went to try some coupons. It was 8.99 plus tax on an asserted discount for two whoppers, two small fries, and small colas that weren’t so small. The drink was obtained from a programmable dispenser(I noticed that someone else came in and filled a bottle while the staff weren’t watching.). The whopper contained really green tomato slices and some runny sauce. Maybe we did get what we paid for.

These people have some very poor communication skills. I asked for no cheese or mayo on my whopper and they put it on anyways. When I go and tell the cashier he says that’s how they are supposed to be made. I just stand there looking at him like are you serious. Even showed him the receipt where he himself typed no cheese and no mayo. Get it together

Normally this bk isn’t all that bad for a fast food place I mean you know it’s bk don’t go expecting it’s not but I’m writing this while in drive through and honestly we have been in line for 20+ minutes and still aren’t at the window to pay. It is no longer fast food… I am just praying that on top of the extra long the food isn’t cold because sometimes that happens when there is too long of a wait.

Why is it everytime I order a drink here your people act like a bunch of incompetent idiots. I asked for no ice and I always get ice. I mean really how hard is complete this simple request. It’s the one reason why don’t order meals. It’s the one reason why you lose that extra revenue. Also this time I made them exchange the drink they gave me with ice and the gave one back with the same cup and lid… which leaked all over my cup holder. Really??? Had to use the same lid, couldn’t just replace that one.

I won’t be back here! I came because I recently heard they offer free wifi. I ordered a couple items off the $ 1 menu and tried to find a spot to plug in. One outlet has been covered over, the other that I had to get on the floor to get access has no power. It would have been nice if the employees had told me that when I asked. When I was about to leave I found out U had been over charged. The employee couldn’t do a refund so I had to wait 5mins for the manager on duty. I pointed out some other errors on their price board and they said they would change them I’m «a day or two.» It seems they should have the courtesy to put a note up alerting customers of a potential problem.

Just NO! Everything about this place is below mediocre. Manager is rude, place has flies, no customer, poor atmosphere, complete waste of time for fast food burgers. I just hope this place picks up on these negative cues, re-evaluate their business practices, and learn some ethics and manners on how to treat customers. The manager/owner here is hella mean! He eye’s everyone like they are going to steal from him. If you don’t want people hanging out too long, move the soda machine behind the counter. This will make people leave faster. Food is the same as any other Burger King. This one though, is dead all the time. I’ve never walked into another burger place and seen the tables empty all the time. Maybe its the manager giving people the evil eye?
