These people are good! We’ve been using them of about four years now and could not be more pleased. On time, clean cars, safe friendly drivers, and well priced. We have used them many times now so we know how they are. This company is heads and shoulders above any other shuttle we’ve used in the past. Best that we’ve seen anywhere.

Look no further for a reliable, excellent service for airport shuttle. In today’s age of Über, most taxi services are like dinosaurs about to go extinct. We used bay shuttle service for our return journey from Fremont to SFO. Harry was amazingly respectful, courteous and on time. Service was excellent and so good that if I hadn’t taken the time go write the review I wouldn’t have felt it was fair. Going to call Harry and Bay Star Shuttle for future airport trips.

I always had bad luck on shuttle and taxi, but I am so happy with Bay Star Shuttle and would love to ask them again!
They were on time, and car was comfortable.
I requested return service (From airport to home) two days before by e-​mail and they responded right away.
Our flight was early and texted them from the airport and they answer right away.

I had a great experience with Bay Star Shuttle. Soniya was my driver to and from the airport and I was very satisfied with my experience. My flight was changed the night before my scheduled pick-​up and so I called Bay Star at 10:30pm planning on just leaving a message letting them know that I was going to have to drive myself to the airport. Surprisingly, Soniya answered the phone and was willing to change the pick up time to accommodate my situation.
The next morning, my flight was changed yet again, and even though Soniya arrived on-​time, she was willing to wait for me as I talked to the airline about getting yet another flight sorted out.
Communication with this company with quick and painless and I can heartily recommend the using them.

I scheduled a pickup from the oakland airport. Reservations were easy to make and the driver was on time. I left my bag in the van and the driver kindly came back to return it. Prices are cheaper than other car pickup services in the area. I would highly recommend this company for airport pickup services.

I decided to fly home during the «storm of the century». It was pouring rain and many of the streets were closed and the freeway was flooded. Sonia came to get me from the airport at 11pm and managed to get me home safe and sound! Thank you Sonia!

Dishonest.
I had high hopes for this company. I called Dhillon on a Thursday night to set up a ride from SFO to Fremont on Sunday night at 11pm. he gave me a quote of $ 55. I was surprised and asked him again if it was really just $ 55 and he said yes.
Called him Sunday before I left Seattle to confirm the ride and he seemed to have forgotten me but he said to call when i land. When I landed i called him and he told me that it was $ 65 plus $ 10 night fee. I reminded him of our deal on Thursday and he just flat out said no it’s $ 65 plus $ 10. I told him I thought it was really dishonest business practice but I didnt have a choice because It was really late and I was tired and travelling alone. But the SUV was clean and the ride was pleasant. Im hlad i got home safe and fast. I just wished he was upfront with the pricing.

Supper shuttle left us for 2 hours!!! Dhillon rescued us from being stranded in the cold (supper shuttle requires you to stand outside).
He was nice, friendly and less expensive! I took 5 of his business cards and have been handing them out to friends. It was so nice to work directly with the owner, Dhillon, rather than some contractor hired by a large corporation.

Another perfect trip to OAK! We used Bay Star last year also. They are extremely reliable, showed up 10 minutes early and gave me a courtesy call the evening before. We were early for our flight — always a good thing — and. enjoyed the ride as well. We will not hesitate to use them on the return flight!

I had a flight out the next day at 6am. I called to book a pickup at 4:30am. They answered my call, told me they could do the service — two people door-​to-​door from Fremont to Oakland airport for $ 55 total. I was nervous because 4:30am is quite early. I heard the shuttle arrive at 4:20 am the next morning.
Couldn’t have been easier. Happy to tip the driver. Will call them again when I need an airport ride.
