Where do I start?! I came to this place after an initial disaster unveiled from another shop. Andy reassured me and accommodated me that day. His team is great. Went in, got perfect service immediately from Andy. Pulled my car in and within 20 mins had my certificate. Awesome customer service. And is a great business man.

Refused service for some technical reason and when I inquired he acted like I was a idiot. Yeah, I’m not an expert, but I do know my own damn car and how it runs day to day.

I brought my car in for a brake light change around 5pm last week and they fixed it super quickly! Decently priced, $ 24 for 2 brake light changes.
Since they were so nice and efficient, I decided to make an appointment with them on Saturday to get my brakes checked. Dropped off the car at 9am, got a call around 9:30am with a price estimate and what needs to be done (both front and back brakes and rotors), and got a call at 12pm saying my car was ready! This service was a little more than $ 500 (including parts and labor).
With the convenience of location (super close to my house), I would come back for any fixer-​ups needed for my car!
Once you give them your email, they will send you a 10% couple for labor. I thought it would be automatically applied (it’s not), but remember to use it if you get that email!

These guys are really honest and very well priced. I went there for my smog test, they also found my filters needing replacement, they did not charge me for labor just parts.

I have brought my car here twice for basic service so far, and I will keep coming back. Andy and Shaunt are honest and professional and the shop does great work. If they think it is a serious problem that has to be taken care of right away, they will let you know, but if it’s something minor, they will tell you that up front and not push you into doing anything. It’s easy to ask them questions and their replies are very informative.
I highly recommend them!

I was looking to buy a used car off craigslist and trying to find a mechanic near where the seller worked. I found Andy’s Valero on Unilocal and decided to give them a call. Andy and Shaunt are so nice and accommodating. They did a full inspection of the vehicle, wrote a report, emailed it to me as well as explained everything on a phone call and let me ask questions. Seem like nice, honest guys. Highly recommend if you are in the area and need someone to take a look at a used car.

If you have a car that needs service, take it to Andy’s. It gets done within the time he gives you. It’s done correctly, and he doesn’t charge you and arm and a leg. He is very reasonable. I took my BMW in to have my brake serviced and now I have no fear that my brakes won’t function correctly. His team of mechanics are very well trained.

Once again I was blown-​away by the «over-​the-​top» service that I received on my last visit! The brakes on my Expedition were low needed to be replaced. I was only planning on going into the shop to make an appointment and make sure that they could order any parts they would need to do the work. They looked at the mileage since my last brake service and were concerned that I might not need the service yet. They suggested that, since I was already there, Bernard take a quick test drive around the block. Once Bernard heard how «low» the brakes actually were, he told me it wasn’t safe to continue driving with them the way they were!
So instead of just going in to making an appointment, they were actually able to do the front brakes right then-​and-​there and had me SAFELY back on the road within 4.5 hours! ALL of that at about HALF of what I would have paid at the dealership!

Strictly for the Smog Check!
Came in during my lunch and expected to be in & out like no other. I’m really not the type of person who forgives others for making me wait. Andy was overall a super nice guy once he got to assisting. Asked me a few questions in regards to the maintenance of my car and I swear that’s when my heart dropped. I hate hate hate the upsell and can smell it a mile away. He didn’t pursue or push once I stopped responding, so I appreciate that he’s not pushy.
In the end, my Smog Check was a breeze and I would come back for additional services if/​when I need them. Also, I checked-​in and received the $ 5 off your Smog Check deal!

Ahh! I’m getting misted! I hate unexpected misting. Why do they need misters going at the store entrance? The entrance of a gas station isn’t the spot where I want to stop and just chill out for a minute.
The store is like the size of a postage stamp. Yet it has a very nice large entrance. Making the misting action all the more odd.
I was treated really nice by the one worker behind the counter. He lovingly kept my stuff behind the counter while I went and used the potty. Which you need a key for by the way.
The bathroom was relatively clean for a gas station bathroom but there wasn’t any paper towels to dry my hands off with. I used a giant wad of toilet paper instead.
I know, gross. But a girls got to do what a girls got to do. Nice store and a nice stop to get freshened up if your in the far Central Bay.
