Me and my girlfriend went for their 30min + 60 min hydro therapy and massage. Hydro therapy was a joke … Some blue chemical was poured in the water (which was not even hot) and the jets were average. The lady who showed us the hydro therapy room didn’t even tell us how the jets or anything works. She just showed us the room and you basically figure out yourself. So you end up wasting time figuring out how things work and by the time you settle in to the tubs the time is up!
We were asked to move our stuff to the adjacent room for our massage and we had to wait 15 mins before our masseuse arrived. The beds were not warm even though they were equipped with the electrical bed warmer. Even after repeatedly mentioning our injuries the masseuse didn’t care and kept massaging the places where we strictly asked them not to touch. They were both in super hurry and the massages very below average.
No sauna, no steam, no bath … It was a really bad experience and it’s not worth the money!
Also — we had one soda can and one bottle of water for both of us with few sugary candies in our hydro therapy room which I think they advertise as beverages and snacks after massage! Atrocious!

Used a groupon for 30 minute hydrotherapy, snacks and refreshing beverages, and 1 hour full body massage. Walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. She gave us a choice for the scent of the water and explained that they’d ring the bell to give us a 5 minute warning to get onto the tables and under the covers. Because there is privacy, there is a choice to wanting to wear a bathing suit or not when getting into the water. We walked into the room, and got into the water – brr! It was cold! But then we turned on the jets and water and it warmed up. I’d wear slippers so you aren’t walking barefoot in the room. The snacks were 2 bags of chips (fritos and Cheetos), 2 cans of coca-​cola, 2 rice krispies, and 2 granola bars. Didn’t mind, I like rice krispies! After about 25 minutes or so the bell rang and we dried off with the provided towel and climbed under the covers to each individual table. Michelle and Jason asked through the door if we were ready, waited for our response and headed in. I asked them if they had the sheet to fill out what areas we needed massaged and they didn’t understand what I was saying so they called the receptionist that came into the room who just said that we had the 1 hour massage and hydrotherapy, so I gave up and figured I’d just let them massage me and tell them what I needed while the massage was happening. My husband was massaged by Jason, and I was massaged by Michelle. I did enjoy my massage, and when I told Michelle what I wanted, she did her best to accommodate. The hubbie enjoyed his massage as well, he judges whether he falls asleep or not, and boy did he! Snored up a storm! Must’ve been good! They both asked how the pressure was, which I apprecieted. The massage wasn’t an exact hour, give or take 5 minutes. Time was up, unplugged the tub, and they gave us time to dress. We walk out and two cups of warm water is waiting for us and we give the tip. On the table I see the sheet that clients fill out that need their areas massaged and told the receptionist that was what I was asking her for and she just apologized. It’s ok, it happens.
But overall, I enjoyed this experience!

I bought a Groupon for a 60 min couples massage with 30 min hydrotherapy and beverage and dessert for $ 130. It went pretty well. My best friend and I really enjoyed it.
We started off by each of us filling out a paper of where on our bodies we wanted the masseuse to focus on. Also got to specify the type of massage (Swedish or Deep Tissue) and the pressure (Soft, Medium, Hard). We wrote our names on the paper. We were also given many different scents to choose from for our hydrotherapy bath but I forgot what we picked. Afterward, we were led to a room with two beds and one bath tub, a diet coke and a regular coke and some snacks like Rice Krispie treats, protein bars, small bag of Doritos, and fruit snacks. Guess snacks were the «dessert» but we were fine with it – we had Rice Krispie treats and fruit snacks while in the tub. The jet and bubble functionality worked well and it was nice and relaxing.
The lady told us beforehand that they would ring a bell to let us know we had 5 minutes to get onto the beds for the massage so about 25mins in, we heard the bell and got dried off before lying on the massage tables. Two lady masseuses came in and I have no idea if they paid attention to the sheets we filled out earlier because they didn’t ask who was who; they pretty much just started right away. I couldn’t complain because all put on my sheet was to focus on the back upper back and shoulders and she did that. She did an overall body massage but really did focus on the back like I requested. One thing I could’ve done without was the head massage — it was more like head scratching and all I could think about was how all my dandruff would definitely show after –_​– Other than that, it felt really good and was what I was expecting.
Another thing that bothered me was that when booking through the website, it shows that a couples massage and couples hydrotherapy is worth $ 226 total but on Groupon it says it’s a $ 288 value. I looked this up after my visit so I could’ve based my tip off a lower original value but oh well.
Overall, I’d probably book a couples massage and hydrotherapy again if I found a Groupon for $ 130 or less (I saw some Unilocal reviews where some people got it for $ 115!) I enjoyed it and don’t come by many decently priced couples massages.

We bought the 60 minute couple massage & the experience was okay-​ish at the best.
One of the jacuzzi doesn’t work well for hydrotherphy and there were sounds of water draining in between the massage kind of ruins the experience. Overall the massage is not that great too. I won’t go there again !!

this place is absolutely amazing. found this gem on groupon for 30min hydrotherapy and 60min massage with beverage and desserts… totally WORTH it.
my boyfriend and i went for a date night. the place is not completely visible, but i knew that ahead of time and we kept our eyes peeled for it. we got there 15 minutes early and they serviced us right away. they had our tub ready to go in about 5 minutes after picked our scent and filled out the questionnaire.
the room was gorgeous. the tub was huge and the massage beds were in the same room with lots of space to spare. they provide towels, slippers, and robes. the only downside was the desserts and beverage… after reading the reviews we werent expecting a fondue set and champagne or anything, so we brought our own snacks in with us. who ever creates the ads needs to change this. maybe say snacks and soda? but either way, you are welcomed to bring your own snacks in.
we soaked for 30 minutes… it was really relaxing. the massage was AMAZING. we are both fitness junkies and i sit at a desk all day so i have a lot of tension and knots. my therapist was absolutely great. i wish i got her name. she was very attentive to my body language and asked if i was okay with the pressure. she worked out my knots and left me feeling relaxed and calm. my boyfriend loved his therapist as well. hes a big guy so we were surprised that his therapist was able to do a deep tissue on him as well.
it was an overall wonderful experience. everyone was so friendly. we are definitely going again and have been telling all of our friends who also are going to go!

— the jaccuzzi you were able to choose a scent which was fun
— the massages were good and because of something in the cons column… we got an extra 30 minutes. very thorough, good pressure, friendly
Overall the massage portion I’d recommend to anyone! Good price with the groupons :)
But I don’t recommend the tub…
Cons:
— The tub we had looked clean… and then we turned on the jets… and out shot hair (questionable kinds too.)… dirt… grime… it was the most disgusting thing, we got right out and just asked for our massages and they said «we make sure to clean these» etc but didnt argue with us and gave us a free 30mins extra. So that was nice… just the most disgusting thing that i still shiver about thinking… bleh… just dont turn on the jets! Or… just dont go in the tub… either or…

I have to say that my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this Groupon purchase. We got the Groupon for hydrotherapy and a couples massage. Everything went to all the other reviewers comments. They give you a form, have you pick oil for the spa and then show you to your room. I asked for deep tissue massage with the deep pressure. I have been in back pain for quite some time. I asked that they only concentrate on the upper portion of my body. I had Jason do my massage. It was exactly what I was looking for. He’s very talented with deep tissue and finding all those places that hurt that connect to other places that hurt. That’s the best way I can describe it. He was very patient to work out all the knots. My husband had Michelle and she gave a great massage as well he said. I am very happy with the pricing especially considering all this includes. We will definitely be back.

Sketchy area, appears nice on the inside. The tub was pretty nasty, When we walked into our room there was a man looking confused at out tub. We didnt even use it because there was mold in the bubbles (Probably what the man was trying to fix) not to mention the staff hardly spoke english, I didn’t feel comfortable telling them about the mold because they weren’t very friendly or coordinated. And the smell of mold was in the water… Very CHEAP TREATS you could purchase at Target. When it was time for the massage THEY JUST WALK IN SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE COVERED. The massage was great though which is why I am giving them 2 stars. We left feeling relaxed but disappointed that we could have gotten a better deal in the SF where we commuted from.

I came here long ago and was given a painful massage. The manager was very nice about it and told me to come back and gave me Judy. 4 stars for the service and because Judy was awesome! I heard she left… anyone have her number? :(

BF booked a couple’s massage through groupon for my birthday seeing how I LOVE massages. Not too hard to find, but the exterior of the place can definitely use an update. Honestly, I wasn’t too sure what to expect inside from what I saw outside. We entered from the back where they had a parking lot and what a surprise! It was SO nice! It looked very clean, which is VERY important and especially reading some of the past reviews about the place.
We arrived about 10 minutes for our appointment and were instructed to sit, fill out an information form about what kind of massage, how deep we would like the pressure and where, if any, we would like them to concentrate on. We were also given multiple bottles of scented oil to choose what we would like in our bath. We chose the almond oil and jasmine as recommeded by another Unilocaler.
We were then lead to a room where there were two massage beds side by side and a bath tub with jets. I thought the room was cute! They even had little snacks on the side of the tub along with tonic water to snack on. Snacks were obviously from Costco and the tonic water had a nasty aftertaste, but we had to drink it in case we get dehydrated. 20 minutes later, we were instructed to dry off and go under the covers on the bed while they masseuses got ready to start the massage. I got the older lady and he got the older man. No talking, they went straight for it. I was a little skeptical at first since I asked for a deep pressure deep tissue massage, but she was pretty good, ALMOST fell asleep when she worked on my legs. BF said he felt man-​handled the entire time. I did feel that she concentrated on my back as I asked for which I was very grateful for.
When leaving, I thought the groupon deal did not include gratuities but it did! Made our visit easier! All in all, I enjoyed the massage and bath, would recommend to come here!

If you want a massage, do yourself a favor, turn around and go to Perfect Day Spa or Dream Spa. I bought a Unilocal deal. The manager refused to allow me to redeem the $ 78 voucher for two services. Long story short, she didn’t try to accommodate and blamed the wording of the deal on Unilocal.I felt bad for the employees. I refused to use their services because of the manager’s lack of customer service and rude demeanor. It’s not about the money, but the principle. They didn’t adhere to their own terms specified in the deal.

So I’m a total noob at spas but I came here with my boyfriend using a groupon deal and I highly recommend it!
When you arrive you get greeted and fill out a piece of paper explaining what type of massage you want and if there are any specific areas you would like them to focus on. Then you choose your aromatherapy scents for the jacuzzi; we chose the lavender and the pine. The groupon deal starts with a 30min hydrotherapy session where there are two separate tubs side by side. They also provide you with brownie bites, gummy candy, some cider and other little snacks which was a nice touch. The water part was a little cold for my liking, but definitely still relaxing once we turned the jets and lights on. My only complaint was that there was no indication of when we should be getting out of the tubs and moving to the massage tables so we were constantly checking the clock to make sure we were on the tables by the time they knocked, like they had asked us to be.
The massage itself was awesome, and I wish I had remembered the name of my masseuse so I could recommend her. She was extremely attentive and noticed when the pressure became a little too strong before I even had to say anything to her. I was a little skeptical of the head and face massage when I read other reviews about it but that was probably the highlight of my massage. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage as well. He got the deep tissue massage while I got the Swedish massage and he said that the pressure on his was really good compared to other ones he’s gotten in the past. Overall a great way to spend the weekend and definitely recommend the groupon to get a great experience at an affordable price!

I love this place! My partner and I are regulars. We get the spa and massage for two. The jets are awesome and nice to relax in! The massages are consistently wonderful. Especially Maggie! She’s awesome. Makes you feel really comfortable and Personalizes your massage. You can tell she enjoys what she does. We will be back in a couple moths for our tune up! P. S. Get rid of the tonic water!

I purchased the groupon for the couples massage and hydrotherapy treatment. Considering that I also got 20% off (making it around $ 85), this was a steal. We ended up being super late for the appointment but the woman at the front was very understanding and it worked out just fine. We waited a bit and you fill out a form saying where you want the emphasis to be and how much pressure and if you want swedish or deep tissue. My boyfriend and I like more pressure so we did the deep tissue and asked for medium pressure with more emphasis on the back.
They gave us I think 12 options for the hydrotherapy scents. Some were definitely a little strange to me (maybe a bit too floral for my liking) and we went with lavendar and almond blossom. Our room was very nice and romantic looking, with marble stairs leading up to two separate tubs with each scent. There they also had snacks which included brownie bites, madeline cookies, granola bars (i know random), fruit snacks, and apple cider. I thought it was such a cute touch, especially the cider. The tubs seemed perfect size for one and changed color and had all kinds of crazy jets. The woman said that our hydrotherapy session would only be 20 minutes but after reading previous reviews saying that 30 minutes is more than enough, I figured it would be fine and it was the perfect amount of time. Then they knocked to let us know to get on the massage tables.
My boyfriend insisted on having the woman so I had the man. Contrary to other reviews I didnt notice any heavy breathing? They had nice music playing in the background too. The only thing that made it less relazing was the two masseuses speaking to eachother in what I believe was vietnamese. I think it was so that their timing would be the same and I think it happened like three times. In regard to people saying it felt more like rubbing than a massage, neither my boyfriend or I noticed that excessively. Yes there was rubbing but there was massaging too! I will say that even though I asked for more emphasis on my back, the front seemed almost non existent like it was a 50 min to 10 min front to back ratio. I wish there was a bit more massage on the arms too. It felt like my back and booty got the most attention. They did an interesting head scratch at the end that made me look like one of those troll dolls though, not bad, just interesting and unexpected.
Overall, worth it. The facility was nice and clean and so were the employees. I just wish there wasn’t the talking going on and that the massage was a bit more distributed. But still good! It is a bit far from where I live but if I got the same deal again, I would return!

As a treat for us, I purchased the Groupon for the 30 min hydrotherapy session with a 60 min massage.
Prior reviews nail it that the area looks questionable but the inside is very nice. Its like you do enter a relaxing place. The hostess was very welcoming to make sure you relaxed as she prepared you and let you choose the bubble fragrance you wanted for your hydrotherapy. You filled out the usual paperwork of what you wanted — deep tissue or Swedish and areas you wanted taken care of or avoid.
The room was very nice and relaxing as it was large with the 2 tubs and the massage tables. They had the flip flops, towels and robes set up. There was a plate of treats (Nature Valley granola bars, Kashi, Motts fruit chews & brownie) to go with Martinelli Cider and water.
Our tubs worked differently — the bummer was my man would have preferred the one I had as it had jets that worked stronger versus his just jetted gently but once in its hard to swap.
Communication was hard once you left the hostess. The massage therapists don’t realize you don’t understand them either from the tub noise or they didn’t speak English well.
I think these therapists lacked in experience since I do monthly massages and relaxation is key. My man had a woman as I had the man.
My man said his was good so he got lucky.
Mine did what other reviewers said — he did a lot of sounds like breathing as if it was hard work or it wasn’t what he wanted to do but it was just interfering with the relaxation. His technique was ok but his ability to use the sheet to cover you was awkward. I’ll leave it at that but it was uncomfortable. The massage from him was lacking, but made the best of it.
The thing that kind of ruined the whole deal was my massage therapist walked over and drained our tubs. So as you are getting massaged, you hear these tubs draining as you are trying to relax!
Oh it got worse… I don’t know how those tubs or the room functions but minutes later this loud fan goes on. It sounded like a vacuum. My word I wanted to tell them shut that thing off! But it finally did stop and I was trying to keep the relaxation zone in place.
But we know how to make the best of the situation as it was us trying to have a good time so we did it and it was «good». When we came out, I handed the lady massage therapist a tip which she said something — I couldn’t understand her. But she was given a tip but what was done was not enough for some reason. I told her its for the 2 of them and was walking to leave as I was done. I learn later that my man says she tried to stop him by touching his arm like it wasn’t enough or something like we had to tip separately. We did give cash as I read the other reviewers advise.
Now how awkward is that for inexperience massage therapist to ask for a better tip when they gave a bad experience. Sure it was a Groupon but it was to entice you to return for more.
Given the lady therapist did what she did, when the hostess asked how it went, I let her know that it was ok but really uncomfortable for them to drain the tubs when we are trying to relax than have some vacuum fan go on. Those things made it very disturbing to relax.
I gave this place 2 starts because the hostess was really nice and the place is nice inside. The room was relaxing. The massage therapists were not. It was good to try but we would not return again.

My husband and I bought the Groupon for a 60-​minute couple massage & hydrotherapy session. Although they had known we used our Groupon twice to come here before, we made a reservation by phone.
As we came here, at the front desk a woman said it wasn’t our first time, so we could not use our next new Groupon voucher. According to a new policy change, a voucher is for the first time customers only which I had been unaware of. I told her why I got the appointment by phone when they changed the new policy and we hadn’t been warned. So disappointed we were, and without the massage service we went home to call for a refund from Groupon. We didn’t feel good but I missed Ivy the masseuse for doing the great massage on me.

Got the groupon here and it seemed like a good deal. $ 115 for 30 mins hydrotherapy and 1 hr massage.
I wish the hydrotherapy had more bubbles? and I wish instead of apple cider they just gave me a bottle of water haha.
The massage was lacking. It did not feel like a massage. It just felt like I was being rubbed and when I asked for more pressure I felt like I was being pinched. Nothing really hit the spot too well. There was also no consultation or talking prior to the massage. We got 2 ladies and my boyfriend’s lady was like panting and breathing during the whole massaage. He’s honestly not even that tense, idk why she was breathing so hard. I’m the one that has more knots and kinks. The music was also not very loud… I could barely hear it. I heard more things going on outside. I also wish the lotion or whatever they used was scented? Something relaxing maybe? Lavender? Vanilla? There were also no candles and the towel they used to wipe my bf stank because he stank after so I didn’t wan hug or kiss him or let him touch me hahahaha.
I did feel my neck loosen up a little bit after the masasge on Friday, but now it is Monday and I am hurting again.
Overall it was a nice effort but not worth our $ 115 +$ 40 tip.
3 stars because they were really nice but the experience was more like 2 stars.

When you are laying on a massage table being rubbed and instead of relaxing and enjoying the moment you are tensing up and thinking about where you can go to get a real massage as soon as you leave there, you know it’s not a good thing.
My boyfriend and I spent the night in town for a concert we had attended this Saturday and I have been really stressed at work lately so he wanted to spoil me with a massage before we headed home. We laid in the hotel bed and looked at some options but everything was super expensive. Then, I found a Groupon (which I have never used before) for this location and showed it to him. It seemed like a reasonable deal so we purchased it and made out appointment. We laid there giggling as the woman who answered the phone misspelled his name multiple times even though he was repeating it incredibly slow for her and it was a very common name. He also never got the email confirmation they advised us they were sending (most likely because she never did spell his name right).
We arrived 30 minutes early because there is usually paperwork to fill out and you need time to get changed and use the restroom prior to the hydrotherapy and massage (this is not our first rodeo) but instead of being greeted warmly, and having them appreciate that we were being considerate of their schedules, the woman at the front desk literally said «You’re early. We’re not ready.» Hmmm… Hi. How are you? Welcome to the spa… those would have been nice. She just stared at us with a miserable look on her face. My boyfriend actually had to ask if we could sit and wait! We were off to a great start!
Seven minutes after our appointment time she brought us a sheet of paper with a figure on it where you circle the areas you’d like worked on and check the amount of pressure and type of massage you would like. I prefer a little old fashioned conversation with my masseuse but I thought, hey, there is often a language barrier and if this works then great! We also selected the oil for our bath and although it seemed like my boyfriend wanted Lavender, I asked for Almond Blossom. That was either a mistake, or they forgot to put it in because there was no scent in out water. The tubs were cute (see the pic) side by side jetted tubs where you sit upright. I enjoyed it but my long legs got a bit cramped and we got out after 20 minutes instead of 30. There was sparkling cider and some granola bars (our included drink ans dessert) which was odd but nice. The bath was by far the best part of the entire experience.
The massage I won’t say much about because it was upsetting. After 15 – 20 minutes of letting the masseuse swipe her hands over my skin an rub in cold lotion with no pressure, I started to feel myself becoming more stressed. I marked deep tissue and the firmest option for pressure on the form I had been given. I felt like I was being petted as you would a tiny puppy. Although it made me somewhat uncomfortable I asked her to do it harder but nothing changed. 15 more minutes went by and I was upset so I actually lifted my head and shoulders and looked at her and said «Could you please apply more pressure?» She said ok and then her breathing became heavy and strained which, in itself would have been distracting, however there was still no change in pressure! I could not believe it. I was very, very disappointed to say the least. On the way home, my boyfriend said his masseuse was all elbows and he would have given this establishment one star. Of course, he still left $ 30 in tips in addition to the hundred and something he paid for the Groupon. He’s such a softy.
I really worry with all the deals for new customers that this place is unable to keep a steady clientele because of it’s poor customer service. It also concerns me that just this year there are multiple reviews that are incredibly negative that the management/​ownership has responded to and yet it seems nothing has been done to work on the issues. I don’t like the idea that they know people are not getting the service they deserve but they put on an apologetic face to try and continue to lure in new people under the guise that they are concerned. It’s disheartening really.
We will not be returning and I caution any «first time customers» reading these reviews to chose wisely and understand the barriers before you chose to come here. Watch the video the business has posted on Unilocal; it’s clear they need better communication or at least to hire someone who can improve communication for the business. Pick up a pamphlet and you will also see what I am talking about. I’m surprised an English speaking printer would let those go out with spelling errors and incorrect conjugations. It’s a shame really. Typically you get what you pay for, but even with a discount or deal, people still deserve to have some acceptable level of customer service. I sincerely hope this business works on theirs.

I have been to numerous massages in the past. I did purchase this groupon deal for couples massage wanting to treat my husband. Let me tell you that this is the worse massage ever! First of all a massage is performed with the hands. They use their forearms and elbows. It is the most uncomfortable massage ever. The first 15 minutes was using the forearm pressing all over the body while the sheet is pulled up on you. I was just about to get up and walk out, but then she finally pulled the sheet down and started the massage. I then thought okay, the real massage is here. NOT! It was mixed with elbows and forearms again! If you like that, then this is a massage for you.
There is absolutely no communication as to where I would like her to focus on. Too bad I stayed on the table the whole time, as I was uncomfortable and not enjoying the massage at all.
Final note, you should know the the champagne that is advertised is a sort of flavored cider. Please provide what you advertise!
