Great experience with Advanced Auto Glass. Called needing a full windshield replacement and spoke to the owner Wiley. He gave me a fair price and a time he would meet me at work the next day. He called prior to coming out and he was a little early (which was great!) and did the job as he said he would. Great customer service. Both Wiley and Mike were good guys to work with. I definitely recommend working with Advanced Auto Glass.

I got my car broken into recently and I was very upset and did not want to deal with having to take my car in when I have a baby to take care of. Wiley made it so convenient for me and came out the day after it happened to my house and fixed the window right there. Very efficient and professional — I would highly recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could! Absolutely the WORST service I have ever experienced. My car got broken into and I needed the front passenger window replaced. A man came to my house to do the work, and said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I asked if he was going to take the door apart to fix it, and he said yes. After the time passed, he came and told me it was finished, but there was some bad news: the regulator that controls the window movement was damaged by the broken glass, and that I would have to get it fixed at a body shop or car dealership. He then continued on saying «they don’t pay me to fix the regulator; they only pay me to vacuum out the glass and replace the window.» That struck a nerve because that made me think he was just being lazy, but I believed him, and set up an appointment with the body shop. I picked my car up from the shop and they told me the regulator was not damaged, but that the door was still full of glass! He didn’t even vacuum inside the door like he claimed he would! Advanced should really reconsider paying him to vacuum out the glass, because clearly he doesn’t even do that! Luckily I used my insurance company and only had to pay the deductible, because this terrible glass service would have cost $ 183, PLUS the $ 176 to have it actually fixed by the body shop. DO NOT GO HERE!

Had a windshield replaced by Auto Glass Specialists last month and was above and beyond satisfied with their services. I was crunched for time and needed my car done THAT day. Auto Glass Specialists made it happen! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful from my initial phone call all the way through the replacement of my windshield. The technician was professional and got the job done in minimal time. No Complaints at all. Would def recommend Auto Glass Specialists & would use them again myself in the future!

I have had a few windshields replaced over the years but I have to say this was the best company I have experienced. They sent the installer to my home so I didn’t even have to leave and go to a shop. Everything was completed quickly and the job was done right. The customer service at Auto Glass Specialist is outstanding! The receptionist is compassionate, patient & extremely helpful. The installer that came out, was extremely precise & completed my job in a timely manner. They even came out to my work-​free of charge. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
