AAA On Time Airporter

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Easy to book, needed transportation for 8 plus luggage. Van was large and roomy. Driver was prompt and courteous for 5:40 am pickup. Would use them again and I do highly recommend their service! Also fare was very reasonable.

We use AAA every time we travel out of SJC. They are always one time for our pick up from home and always helpful, polite, and load our luggage. Often they are even early!
We always feel safe on our drive to the airport, which can often be during busy traffic times. The cost for this service is very reasonable and we use them again and again.
Booking our return trips are even easier. We provide our return flight number and they are always waiting at the airport for us — even when our flight is delayed. We love this place!

Excellent Service. Used them in September/​October for international flight. AAA On time Airporter arrived prior to our 5 am pick up in Fremont for SFO departure. Two people from one location was $ 80 one way, and van was comfortable and clean. Driver was polite and a good driver. On the return trip, we went through US Customs at our departure city, so actually arrived earlier than I expected and I had not advised AAA On Time Airporter about this. It was one of the hottest days in SF…90s. Dispatcher said our driver had been stuck in some traffic, but on his way. We waited about 25 minutes and when he arrived he offered us ice cold bottles of water! thank you! Very polite and drove very competently through terrible afternoon traffic.

I booked with them for a family yesterday to sfo, the rate was very reasonable although we had a lot of luggage and carry on bags. The driver provided excellent service, he was on time and 15 min early prior to pick up time and waited for us to come out. Last time another shuttle service charged us $ 15 for 15min waiting. Overall, with this shuttle service my family experience was much much better and really recommend them to people of Fremont and surrounding cities.

Every aspect was excellent. I made arrangments for another to be picked up at home on Monday morning, taken to SJC and then picked up at SJC and returned home the next eveing. The person who made the arrangments, Jay, was very polite and easy-​going and the rates very reasonable. The passenger said the driver was on time, courteous, helpful and made this trip very easy for him. I book a lot of travel and I will use this service again and I recommend them to others.

After I wrote this review I got more than ten texts from the dispatcher telling me I was a liar and the driver wasn’t reading email —dude I was there and saw him. You weren’t. His emails got progressively meaner and so I would never go thru this dispatcher again
It seems like all the cabs have gotten together and hiked their prices to the airport so you will pay $ 60+ one way. In seattle the shuttle takes one hour and forty minutes to the drop off and cost $ 40 round trip. Elevated sf Bay Area prices again

Very disappointing. Read all the rave reviews so called to make reservation. Person who answered the phone said he had never heard of Fisherman’s Wharf area of San Fransico which is where hotel is that we wanted to be dropped off. After I gave him an address he checked the schedule for our midday, weekday pickup request and said they were busy and couldn’t help. I guess they are a good service if they know the destination and aren’t busy (3 days in advance)

Reliable and their price is good. I’ll use them again and will recommend to other too.

Contacted them over a week in advance and got my quote & set up arrangements to be picked up at Oakland airport and driven home. My flight was a bit late but the driver was there waiting for me. So easy, no hassle the perfect end to my vacation. I would use them again and highly recommend their service.

Called a couple days on advance to book my ride from Fremont to SJC. They took my info and gave me a quote and told me the driver would be at my house at 6AM.
Driver showed up at 5:58am and it took 15 minutes to get to SJC. He was courteous when I was on the phone and was a nice guy.
Easy and prompt. I would book them again!

These guys were great. I booked 2 night out flying in from Hawaii to SFO. I think I might of told them the wrong day and they had someone there to pick me up which I felt bad. But that was no problem, they still picked me up the next day on time and didn’t charge me an extra fee for the mess up I made. The gentleman was very well dressed and the van was clean. They also brought a booster seat for my son. Safety first.

I called them to book for 8 people going to Oakland airport from Fremont. They right away told me they do not have Van that big yet their website says they have Van big enough to accommodate 9 People

I used a mini van. It was clean and comfortable and yes, they were on time! My flight coming back was delayed and when I called them up to let them know, they said they’ve been tracking my flight number and so they already made adjustments — how cool was that?
I highly recommend them.

I used them again and the experience wasn’t as good. Yes they were on time, BUT… BUT…the driver almost fell asleep! This is concerning as I had to talk to the driver constantly to keep him awake (!)…and this was during normal working hours.
To be fair, this scary driving style has happened with other shuttle services as well (concerning). These drivers/​owners aren’t taking their jobs responsibly as they’re RISKING the lives of their passengers by taking an extra shuttle call on 3 hours worth of sleep!
MESSAGE TO BUSINESS: Have your drivers get some sleep… it’ll save lives, yo… yours and mine.

After doing some research online, booked with these folks to pick my family and I up from SJC after a late night arrival. The price was very reasonable compared to SuperShuttle.
Unfortunately, as we were traveling back from our vacation, our flight got delayed about 1.5 hours out of MDW — causing us to get in close to midnight. To my surprise, our driver was waiting for us and met us at baggage claim. The vehicle was an older Dodge Caravan, but was immaculately maintained/​clean. He got us home quickly and safely.
I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them.

I booked 1 week in advance, they sent verification code and showed up 10 mins early to pick me up.
After reading many Positive reviews on Unilocal and GOogle places for fremont airport shuttle, I went for this one and I was not disappointed.
Their prices are also reasonable when compared to many other shuttles. They are professional and I would definitely use them again.

I have used AAA ON TIME AIRPORTER shuttle service couple of times to San Francisco International Aiport. They have had always been on time, and confirmed my pickup with me the day before. Their vans are preety wide and have lots of extra trunk space! helpful when you are traveling with the family and carrying large suitcases. Last time I was traveling I was carrying lots of luggage, so I requested them to bring their large van, and all my suitcases fitted easily in the trunk.
They are local in fremont CA, so I higly recommend them using when you are traveling with family and have large suitcases. Also their vans are very clean and new.

I highly recommend using AAA On Time shuttle service, this is the third time I have used them from SFO and San Jose Airport to my house in Fremont. Even though my flight was 40 minutes delayed this time, they still waited for me at the airport. Also I found their shuttle service is cheaper than the local taxi.
If you want clean and safe transport to the airport, and assistance loading and unloading bags into the van, I would highly recommend these guys.
