72 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning The Comfort Company is a full-​service air conditioning and heating company with the ability to maintain, service, and install complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We have been serving Steuben, Lagrange, Noble and Dekalb counties in Indiana and Branch and Hillsdale counties in Michigan for over 10 years. Jerry has an HVAC career that spans more than 40 years.

Business Owner

Jerry has over 40 years of heating and air conditioning experience. He started working in heating and air conditioning while in high school. Over the years, he has seen mistakes that heating and air conditioning companies made, most of which did not treat their customers or employees well. When Jerry started 72 Degrees Heating & Air, he vowed to make sure that he treated everyone the way he would want to be treated. Since the very first day, Jerry has made this his own personal mission statement. His employees go through a rigorous screening process before they are hired. They go through extensive training before they can enter a customer’s home and they have on-​going training. Jerry’s commitment to treat customers right, and the company motto «Fixed Right or it’s Free™» has proven to be good for business, most of the company’s growth has been attributed to customer referrals and simple word of mouth. Jerry thanks his family, his employees, and his customers for all their support.
