If I could take away stars I would give negative stars to this company! Please stay away from them. I used their services to rent my house to tenants, I did have great tenants but when Wil Haynes and his wife Brita Haynes would collect the rent from the tenant they never made the deposit to me, instead they would pocket the money and act confused later. Then when I realized how much they owed me, they just started saying it went towards maintenance. Till this day I’m still owed a lot of money. They were over 4 months with no deposit in my account and when I tried getting in touch with both Wil and Brita, I would either get their voicemails or they would return the call weeks later. It was so frustrating to do business with them! When I terminated services with them, I was told by Brita that the final disbursement would be mailed to me in 3 weeks, it has been 3 months now and I still haven’t received any funds into my account. I am just putting the review on so nobody is in the same shoes as I am.

ok STAY AWAY!!! i am stuck in a 1 yr lease… we paid our rent and had to wait almost a FULL week to move in. after we moved in we had electrical issues. the «maintenance man» came out to «fix» it and ended up BLOWING UP and catching fire the fuse box! we went 3 days with NO POWER… then the fridge stopped working and went 3 days with no place to store food… after that the stove shorted out and caught fire. went 4 days with no way to cook food for my family… well just recently we learned that the AC was acting up so i paid to have a guy come out. he opened the closet and the ENTIRE duct work was full of black, white, and green mold… i paid out of my pocket a professional to test the levels and he reported that it WAS NOT SAFE To live in… they waited about 3 weeks before replacing the unit and part of the duct work… and did they offer us a safe place. or a discount on the rent? NOPE!
i will NEVER rent from them again… NOR should you!!!
