This place is awesome they really helped me out BIG time. The people there are great! Raul Celleri and Michael DeCosimo are the best! They made everything work out for me and it went real smooth. I told Raul what I wanted in a car and he found the perfect one for me. He listened to everything I had to say and wanted, plus he also let me pick what I wanted unlike these other dealers that tried to talk me into all these cars that I was not interested in (being very persuasive). I went to a couple other dealers before I heard about them and got denied because I’m young and don’t have much credit to show for. Michael got me approved and I got one of my dream cars. I recommend them to a lot of people so far and they got the same results I did. So if your looking for a car this is definitely the place to go!

5 Stars plus for George Frouxides at Paul Conte Chevorlet! I have now purchased my 5^th car from George and I do not plan to go anywhere else anytime soon. George has helped both my wife and I find the right cars for us without breaking our budget. He listens to everything you need and takes the stress of finding a new vehicle away and makes it enjoyable every step of the way. Each new car we have leased has been better than the last and that has to do with Georges customer service as well as attention to detail. From deciding on which vehicle is the best fit for my family to signing the last paper George is a tremendous help and would recommend that anyone who visits Paul Conte to ask for him by name!

We had read some reviews online about this dealership and George Frouxides stood out as a great salesman, but we were still skeptical. We went over there and we were so pleased to find that every great review already written was true. He was direct and efficient throughout the whole process. He answered any and all questions we raised, and the price he told us when we sat down was the price we paid when we left. No hidden fees or nonsense. He is professional and so friendly! Five stars for George Frouxides who makes leasing a car pretty simple. He is a straight talker and gave sound advice even when it benefited my pocket and not his. He answered the many questions we had and not once did he look at his watch and make us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He is very professional and a pleasure to do business with!

I’ve brought my car here for oil changes a couple of times and once it needed to be serviced for an issue I had with the radio. The oil changes were fine, just as regular oil changes are done. The wait is pretty long but I feel like most dealers generally have a long wait with their oil changes. They deemed my radio to be defective and ordered a new one for me, which I have yet to have put in. Of course they always try to convince you to have other services done, like rotating the tires etc. that’s just their job I guess. If you don’t want to have that done keep it simple, tell them you’d just like to have the oil change done and you’ll be fine. The girls at the front are really nice when you check in, as well as the woman that does the paperwork for loaner cars.

Ugggh. Unpleasant atmosphere, and car dealer service extortion at its finest. Had no choice but to come to a gm dealer due to a proprietary gm tool. Catch was, I pay regardless if the scan tool did its job. Personally its not the money, it was the entire shitty attitude I could’ve dealt without, especially at 8am. For those wondering, it was $ 130 to hook up the scan tool and attempt to program the vin number and unlock the factory radio.
Since I can’t reply to the dealers reply, I will add here:
I was very confident the radio would program so I was willing to pay the $ 130. The radio purchased off eBay was from a reputable electronics dealer and thankfully has accepted to take the item back as the item was tested and unlocked prior to my purchase. The purchased radio was an identical part number to the one removed. I have contacted the radio seller and I am in agreement with the radio seller that the problem lies within the scan tool, the scan tool software or the technician. Regardless, he is taking the radio back and I learned a $ 130 lesson as to who not to let service my vehicles.
As far as the replacement skid plate being installed at no charge, its 6 bolts and if my vehicle was one year newer, it has to be removed and reinstalled when doing an oil change anyway. Was it really worth even considering charging me for it?
Once again, it was just the entire attitude of the service manager and person who assisted me. I just had a very negative experience. If the employees were a bit more friendly, I probably would have never wrote this review.
«Blah, blah, blah the radio probably wont program cause you bought it off ebay. «Blah, blah, blah I am going to have to charge you to install the skid plate.»
Then my car comes out and I ask if my tires were rotated because I didn’t see it on the service ticket. Once again «blah, blah, blah its not included in the service, when it was clearly written on the service special, which I had to point out after being told it wasn’t twice.

George was so fast, helpful, and honest in leasing my first vehicle! I got the lowest deal around on my Chevy Cruze and would highly recommend heading there for your next car. Thank you, George for making what I thought would be a stressful experience as easy as possible!

I foolishly one day entered my information on the website because my lease on my car is coming to an end. I was excited to explore new options and different manufacturers. However, since that day I have gotten non stop calls by (I’m assuming) their sales team. What’s frustrating about this is that these calls started on ⁸⁄₂₂ and there is a voicemail each and every day since then on my phone. I’ve blocked the number so anytime the sales girl calls it goes straight to leave a message. My voicemail now has reach 100% full. This experience has turned me off to use this dealership. Other dealerships I’ve entered my information and haven’t experienced anything like this. As someone who works in the customer service industry for more than 10 years. This is one way to lose potential customers.

This dealership is completely awful. The service department doesn’t know what they are doing. First, if you didn’t purchase or lease the car from Paul Conte, the staff will give you a hard time even though GM is paying them for any Chevrolet vehicle they work on. Second, it took 12 days to receive my car back since NO ONE was able to diagnose the problem. Third, I wasn’t given a loaner until the 9^th day. Lastly, the issue is still present! I do not recommend this Chevrolet car dealership to anyone!

Thes guys are the reason people hate Car Salesmen! Called at 12 pm to ask about a truck on their site, spoke with a winner named Claude. Says let me check with Manager to see if available, gets back on phone yes it is! So I told him I’d be there in afternoon. Well I show up, Claude’s not around speak to another sales scammer, no it’s sold, took deposit on Sunday! WTF in an hour shit changes, let me see what else I have, uh Bait and Switch anyone? So. I say I want to speak to manager, well he’s slick, says Claude didn’t know, well he said he asked manager, and we took deposit on Sunday, well why wasn’t I told that? He says credit issue, bullshit, and he didn’t know, again, I said he spoke to manager who shoul have known! Again, let me see what I have in stock, we have three lots, again Bait and Switch. No they didn’t have anything close, so I drive an hour to waste my time. Stay away from this «Dealership» typical scam artists out to screw you out of cash!

This dealership is absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time or money here. First off they are rude. Seconded, they are truly full of BS. the sales team doesn’t know what they are talking about when it comes to knowing cars. They will tell you anything to make the sale. The used car sales manager needs an attitude adjustment. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. unless you want to get screwed, go here.

Being only 24 years old and recently out of college, I’ve previously only owned used cars bought through private sale. I was nervous going into my purchase as it would be my first experience with a car dealer who are notoriously pushy and overbearing. I went into the dealership prepared to defend myself and fight for what I felt was a fair price. However, my salesman, George Frouxides, made the experience totally stress free and an absolute pleasure. My only [very minor] complaint would be that I was quoted one price on a trade in and when it came time to sign the paperwork, I was told by a sales manager that my truck was suddenly worth $ 400 less. However, George did the right thing by me and was helpful, honest and straight forward the whole way through. I love my new Chevy Cruze and I would strongly reccomend George and Paul Conte Chevy to anyone.

This past weekend I went into Paul Conte Chevrolet to look at an equinox, that I am interested in buying. Before I went to this dealership someone told me don’t even bother, because the people there are absolutely rude. I decided to try it out anyway. When I walked in a salesman by the name of Josh came up to me and said what are you guys here for today. Didn’t say hello how are you how can I help you guys today, didn’t even bother shaking mine or my husband’s hand. He continued to stand at the front of car while I was looking in driver seat and asked what I needed from him. I decided to ignore the fact that he was eating an apple while talking to me. So I proceeded to tell him that I was interested in buying a 2015 equinox. I told him I have a car that I’m trading in and just wanted to get some prices. When I asked if Paul Conte Chevrolet had a v6 he said idk what we have here I would have to check, then says I can’t remember every single car we have in the lot. He says give me your keys so I can get some info from your car I said I’m really just interested in getting a round about price for the equinox first he said so why did you come here today if you don’t want anyone to take a look at your car. Why don’t you just go to the dealership you bought the car at. Absolutely rude. And not to mention while my family and I were looking at the car another gentlemen comes in and says sorry guys I need you to move I need to take this car off the floor. Everyone in this dealership was absolutely rude and I will never set foot in this place again.

Made an appointment for service of an oil change, low MPG, and the seatbelt clip being on the wrong way. Upon walking in, I believe a man named Anthony asked me if I made an appointment, as I wasn’t even in the system. So, either I’m crazy and dreamed I made the appointment, or they made a mistake by not putting me in their systems. He said the wait would be multiple hrs which was a wrong estimate to my benefit, as the real wait was more like 100min.
He said he wouldn’t service looking into the low MPG because if the check engine light is not on, there’s nothing he can do. I have a hard time believing 10.5−11.2MPG on a camaro2012 v6 convertible is normal. I drive normally in the city about 75% of the time, but it still shouldn’t be that low. I think I’m going to bother a different service shop about this again in the near future.
For the seatbelt clip, his team looked into it and he said he’d have to take the whole seat out and I’d have to leave the car there for the day. Sounds fair.
No problems with the oil change. They forgot to put the sticker on my car when to return next for a change. No biggie.

I picked up two new lease cars from this dealership last Saturday. Our salesman, Gary Heicklen, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and made this the most pleasant new car buying or leasing experience that I’ve had in the more than 40 years that I’ve been buying new cars.
The cars were delivered to us in perfect condition, and Gary made sure we knew how to use everything in the cars before we left.
I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

This place is a joke. Saw an advertised Suburban on the internet, called to confirm the availability and price. Went to the dealership, saw vehicle and agreed on the price. Gave the salesman a $ 500 deposit check and when he came back to his desk he told me that they had to get $ 2000 more than the advertised price. Headed over to Arnold Chevrolet saw Henry. picked up Suburban next day for advertised price. Not really sure what Paul Conte is try to accomplish, but I’ve already repeated this story about 20 times…

I had some serious issues with PCC over the past year, but I am happy to report they have Finally made restitution, and more importantly, this new management showed me that they cared! The manager I dealt with previously has been terminated as well as some other personnel problems handled, and I have to say, I am very impressed with the new guys. After posting my first review on Unilocal,I got not only a personal call from the new service manager, but a conference call with the dealership owner himself! That got my attention and showed me that someone was finally willing to help me & also make things right– honest and fair. PCC has turned over a new leaf in the service and managment spectrum and won me back. Stand up guys, I would be happy to give them my business again. Thank you Unilocal and PCC.
