If you need to lift a trailer on to your hitch, you’d better be prepared to do it on your own. This is not like any U-​Haul place I’ve dealt with before. I believe this is family owned business because there’s a house on site and a couple of large dogs that occasionally run loose on the grounds. They have a young gal who «works» the desk and has absolutely no customer service skills — ignores customers and talks on her phone all day long. The grounds are unkempt and there are ants EVERYWHERE. It took us hours trying to get them off of our belongings when we left. Just terrible all around. Drive a few miles longer and find a more friendly and clean location.
