Matt was very helpful filing the claim with the insurance company, arranging a rental car and made the entire process simple, stress-​free. The car looks spectacular, couldn’t ask for better service. Great communication during the repair process, kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and delivered the car on time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was in a no-​fault accident and had pretty significant damage to my Ford Escape. Freeport Collision kept me updated via text message and phone calls from the time my claims adjuster did the inspection to the time I picked my car up. When I picked up my car, it was as good as new, and they gave me a DEEP discount on my deductible. I have never dealt with a more efficient, generous, and professional body shop in my life. I am incredibly grateful to them for treating me and my car with the utmost respect. If you live in Freeport and need body work, GO HERE, your WILL NOT regret it!!!

If you have to spend money fixing your car at least it should be with a reputable, honest and extremely efficient body shop like this one! Matt is our guy and I totally trust any job that he does! 15 years ago I banged in to someone’s car and left a note on their windshield telling them to call me. Matt fixed her car and was reasonable and from that time on we have not used any other establishment. They do great work and still manage to be prompt.

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to need repairs to the cars the I’ve owned several times in the past. I don’t think anybody does body work and repairs better. My car always comes out looking brand new. The work quality is excellent. They seem to really take pride in their work and Matt runs a first rate shop! I can not tell you how pleased I am with the professional work ethic and kindness Freeport Collision (Matt) has shown our family. My daughter had a car accident and about 45 minutes later, as my husband was driving the car to our house, someone hit him, making that 2 accidents within 45 minutes to my car. We went to FC and they could not have been any nicer. They made the car look like it just came out of the show room. They were a great bunch of people and I called them again for future work. If you live in the area, even a little distance away, they are trustworthy, do a great job, completely 100%!

I am so happy with the service that was provided to me. The guys went above and beyond to make my 2007 Camry look brand new on the outside. The inside of my car hasn’t been pampered in a while due to all this snow, but now I can breathe a sigh of relief because they’ve vacuumed it for me. Thanks guys for your help and a job well done! These guys are true auto body guys! They did my daughters car after she was involved in a chain reaction accident and she had over $ 8k worth of damage and when we picked it up it looked brand new! Just got mine back 3 weeks ago after my car was damaged and my 8 year old M35 looks brand new! I will only use these guys!

Tom and Matt made choosing Freeport collision an easy decision. We brought our 2014 Honda Odyssey for repair and they did a fantastic job. The service with a smile is above and beyond.
