History

Established in 1974.

Originally started by Bob and Margaret Rowand in Ridott, IL. The business name is a combination of their first names. The business quickly grew over the years requiring several additions to our original shop location. After 27 years we outgrew our original location in Ridott and relocated our offices to our current location in Freeport to better service our customers. We have continued to grow and expand our service knowledge and products over the years.

Manager

Jason Rowland literally grew up in the heating/​cooling business at BoMar Heating & Cooling since his parents started the business. With strong background in installations, sheetmetal fabrication and design, Jason has work in many aspects of the business for the last 20+ years. For the last 10 years he has been General Manager with the company. Jason has also attended numerous training classes over the years to continue to grow in his technical knowledge but also to improve his skills in meeting customers needs. Jason is committed to your 100% satisfaction and strives to maintain long term relationships with all Bomar customers.
