I was visiting from out of town and needed to work out. I printed a pass online and was greeted by a staff member when I arrived. I explained I belonged to another gym and had no interest in joining. I expected an attitude or a hard sell, neither was the case. The guy(I think his name was Mike) was super cool and just let me go. Will def join if I ever move back to the area.

I joined WOW4 months ago for the classes that they offer. I signed up with Zero down, no contract and VIP level, so I have been paying $ 27 a month. This month my card was charged $ 83! When I called to find out why the employee said that it was for renovations and that ever member(and employee) is charged that annually for the million dollar facelift they are doing. I mentioned that I never saw this anywhere when I signed up and it must have been in the fine print. He said no its right on the screen under your address. I still haven’t found it– does anyone else get charged this yearly? Did you know prior to looking into your bank one month? I gave them 4 stars because I really do like there classes, but I am worried about how many more hidden charges there are going to be.

Just started going to this gym. It’s far from being great, but it’s ok for what I need. It’s close to my house and to my fav casual restaurant. Will post an update in a couple of months.

They have sneaky clauses in their contract that attempt to rip you off. However, their claim for you to pay dues during their 30 day cancellation period is only held up if you sign and submit their separate cancellation form. I argued that this is not in text on the original contract regardless of what the cancellation form says. I had a good argument and didn’t have to pay these unnecessary fees. Bad business practices. Don’t waste your money on a company trying to rip off loyal paying consumers.

I want to get the word out that the owners of this gym are crooks. They rope you in with complete and utter lies to get you to sign up for their gym. Then, when you’re contract is up, you decide to cancel and they KEEPCHARGINGYOURCARD! When you put a stop on the unauthorized charges, they hire a «law office»(or what I’d like to believe are random people off the street, paid $ 20 to harass people, due to their complete lack of knowledge of the English language and inability to properly conduct a phone call) to call for money that is not even theirs! When you ask what law office it is, they hang up on you. Yeah, and I’m going to give these weirdos my credit card information. I signed up for the new Wall gym because it’s close to me, and they promised that it’d open in early October. This was in August. As I write this review, the gym is still not open. They had no problem keeping my $ 150.00, though. SCAMARTISTS. CRIMINALS. LOWLIFES. SCUM. WOW.
