Dr. Russell Brokstein is a chiropractor specializing in spinal correction, family wellness, enhancement of sport performance, and educating the importance of spinal hygiene. Dr. Brokstein has been in practice since 1998. His experience in athletics initiated his incorporation of therapeutic stretching and exercise into treatment of spinal imbalances so his patients can benefit from the improvement of functions in their activities of daily living. History

Established in 2005.

Dr. Brokstein grew up in Freehold, NJ and after leaving the state for his undergraduate and doctoral studies, he moved to Philadelphia to practice the first 5 years of his career. Upon moving back to NJ in 2002, he associated in chiropractic and medical settings, at which point he took over this practice in his hometown of Freehold, NJ to give back to the community he grew up in.

Dr. Russell Brokstein grew up in Freehold, NJ and after graduating Freehold Boro High School furthered his education at Penn State to obtain a degree in Biology. After deciding to pursue a health career by educationg patients and teaching them how to be more healthy without the use of drugs or surgery he decided to attend Chiropractic College.

Over the years Dr. Russell played competitive soccer, experiencing many injuries and also had a bronchial condition. Upon starting to get adjusted he not only noticed his body feeling improvement, but to his surprise he bronchial condition subsided and no longer needed the inhaler his MD prescribed and never gave relief.

With his sports background, Dr. Russell decided to take his sports background into the treatment of his patients when he saw they were experiencing similar imbalances.
