History

Established in 1991.

Jim Shuff started CrestwoodPM back in 1991 after 20 years in the motel and restaurant business in North Conway, New Hampshire. Jim worked in construction prior to owning the motel and used that experience in maintaining the 56 unit facility. Since selling the motel in 1987, Jim has done extensive contruction projects in the Freedom, North Conway, Bartlett and Jackson area. Jim also holds a New Hampshire Real Estate Brokers License and provides rental services for his clients.

Henry Shaw III, Jim’s son in law, joined the business in early the spring of 2009; he brings added dimensions that CrestwoodPM could not provide before. Henry studied to be an Arborist at Paul Smith College and is very capable in landscaping, pruning, clearing lots and falling trees of all sizes. In additoin to cutting his teeth on operating excavators and heavy equipment since he was 12, Henry has prior experience in construction as well.
