Reifschneider’s Grill & Grape

Fri 17 Jun 2016 — second time dining there. poor service both times. concluded they have a pecking order for the waitresses. several tables received their food before we did even though we were ahead of them and seated well before. ordered a bowl of soup and got a cup instead just before my main entrée and well after my companions had finished their salads. i had requested the soup be served first thinking we would all be served at the same time. waitress asked what i had ordered and told her i figured it was her duty to know and check — she was argumentative and evidently too busy to care. we are in our seventies and expect better service than what we had. i might go back only because the food is decent and my companions like it. if up to me alone would not frequent the place. normally i do not rate restaurants but this was so offensive to me i think i will make it a practice.

I wanted to like this place so very much but don’t. I’ve ate there several times the patio is quite nice atmosphere but food is just not up to par. Last visit it took over 20mins to get appetizer. Then my friend ordered the steak and straws and he took one bite and said it tasted like formaldehyde. Also good luck finding your waitress again after she takes your order.

Everything I have had at Reifschneider’s has been great… steaks, salads, appetizers and sandwiches are all awesome!

A friend turned me on to this place. Now we go frequently. Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Staff is normally very prompt and professional. Food is excellent. You must try the stuffed jalapeños. Drink selection is good and priced reasonably. We drive 20 minutes to eat there once a month or so.

Erin Duffy was the best server the place has ever had. The fact that she is gone, is the reason my family will never be back.

Amazing food And a pleasant atmosphere. Slaw is a great side and the wraps are delicious. I was just stopping through and in glad I did.

I actually feel bad for the owners of this place that their employees have such a terrible attitude. Ordered pizza for myself and my two kids. I see pizza come out of the oven and go under the heat lamp 5 minutes later I walk in from outside and ask the two hostesses rolling silverware (which we weren’t provided with until after our salads arrived) if those pizzas we’re ours. Erin the hostess tells me that isn’t isn’t her job and that there are hourly people who are in charge of that. How messed up are you to not realize that without people in the restaurant you as a hostess don’t have a job. The one bright spot of the night was the manager Heather. She brought the ice cold pizza out and immediately said she would replace other with a another warm one. She truly cares too bad her staff doesn’t have her attitude and enthusiasm

Quite the variety of food choices. Especially for a bar & grill. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and have loved it all. Great wine and pizza! Can get a bit loud in evenings, but is a fun, casual place to meet up with friends.

Nice place. Have only had the sandwiches which are great. Service has been good today.

Everyone here is so friendly! I love their drink specials and brick oven pizza! The smoked wings are the best I have ever had. Definitely a must try!

Great place for a good meal. The menu offers a variety of options and should accomodate just about anyone. Nice bar with TVs around the room so we were able to watch the Blues and the Cardinals. The brick oven pizzas are great!

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and the service is second to none.

Holly was heartbroken that evening about the confusion.
Extra condiments are at a nominal charge.
No insult was intended, nor was it her intention to make your evening out less than enjoyable.

My husband and I love trying various restaurants and enjoy unique spots. There are only a few restaurants my family frequently patron because everyone is extremely picky! This is one of them. We love Reifschneider’s! Not only for the diverse and delicious menu, but for the atmosphere along with the spectacular service! We also have a little one who enjoys the food and welcoming environment! If you haven’t been, I suggest you visit either location… you won’t regret it!

LOVE everything about this restaurant! Best smoked wings! atmosphere, music when available, etc. Holly is our favorite, but all have made us feel welcome! If you like wings, brick oven pizzas, ice cold beverages and wine specials, I suggest Reifschneider’s Grill & Grape. We love both locations. Oh, and they have a kids menu as well!

This was by far the WORST service me and my husband have EVER received from a restaurant. We don’t get to have dates very often due too the fact we have two children under the age of 3yrs old. And my husband had simply asked for a side of mayo with his fries, she forgot, so we asked again, she then proceed too say «well do you want a 5 gallon bucket of it».rude. Who says that?! Whether we were all of 90lbs or 350lbs, or it was a cheat day on our diet. The fact that her judgments were cast on us was beyond rude and unexplainable. We will never go back here due too the the service. Thanks Holly (that’s her name), for ruining our date.

Never been disappointed here. Been coming for a year straight. Great pizza. Great beer selection.

Boneless wings are amazing! Steaks are really good too! Always a great experience when we stop here for dinner!

Once again we wanted outside seating. We had to move around but finally found some shade, yes one would have thought that we would have been offered a table with an umbrella. I had a glass of Moscato, very nice. I wanted the blackened shrimp wrap, but I am not a fan of peppers. The waitress said it was not a problem to make it without shrimp. My friend had the fish tacos, three over flowing tacos arrived and they looked great. My shrimp wrap was delicious. Food was great, they could have just used a little help with the atmosphere.

Great wings. Very friendly staff. I sat up at the bar and was made to feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back.

Service was marvelous!
Had special some french sirloin steak which was very very good. Also ordered buffalo wing pizza which was great. My dinner salad was huge and it was really all I needed. Portions were very generous. Would highly recommend everyone try this place — very sure you won’t be disappointed.
