Rappahannock Family Physicians

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment with required paperwork completed as they mail you documents needed to be filled out. I found this very convenient. What I really liked about this place is that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be attended after arrival then had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the room. The doctor came in and then discussed the vaccines for which I was coming in for. Long story short, the doctor gave me the wrong vaccines. I received vaccines I did not want. After realizing they made a mistake, they quickly attended me. I understand we are all humans and make errors, but that isn’t the reason I give this place three stars. The wait time was ridiculous.

Although the wait can be a little long, my doctor is very good. The office staff is friendly and having blood tests done on site is a plus. No rushing as some offices do and I am given the full courtesy from the doctor. Having Saturday and Sunday hours, as well as walk in clinic is a plus. A nice family practice.
