History
Established in 1990.
Prudential real estate handles sales and rentals of both residential and commercial real estate. This unique office building is located in historic Falmouth, on the north side of the Route 1 bridge. It sits just below the Belmont Plantation (originally owned by the artist Gary Melcher). John T. Simpsom first purchased this historic site in 1988 and spent over half a million dollars renovating and rebuilding it. All work was done according to Stafford County historic guidelines.
