I drove nearly an hour and a half to check this place out, after Vicky told me her store carries an extensive selection of Maggie Sottero gowns. We got there an hour before closing, to find the store completely empty — we were literally the only people there. Despite this, we were offered NO assistance. Vicky kept disappearing to do other things in the store, while we carried all of the dresses into the dressing room. I had to repeatedly ask my friend to help lace me up because Vicky was MIA. While there were a lot of different gown styles — arranged by size, which was helpful — the«extensive» Maggie Sottero selection consisted of a whopping 5 dresses. The only thing that made the drive worth it was seeing an all-camo tuxedo; I thought those only existed in internet memes.

I was really excited to simply look at dresses for the first time after a month of being engaged. When I entered with my younger brother and sister I was greeted with an odd air about us. I was told the layout of the store and then left to look which was to my liking. However when I found a dress I was interested in trying on, I was asked by the owner when my date was I told them a general time because the date was not set due to a family friend allowing us to possibly use their property. I simply did not have a date. I was then rudely told that I could not try on any dresses except for the sample sale dresses and when I replied that was ridiculous the owner told me that when I own my own dress shop I can do what I’d like. Ladies, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually wants to help you instead of rudely stereotyping you based on who you bring, what you look like and the fact that things happen and dates change.

Love I Thee Wed! I didn’t get my wedding gown from here but my bridesmaids did and my fiancé and I ordered our invitations from here. They’ve really been working with me since I am an out of state bride and are the nicest people! I can’t wait to see them next week when my sister picks up her dress I would definitely recommend this bridal store to brides and their bridal party!

I just came home from purchasing my wedding dress at I Thee Wed. It was the second time I went. The first time I just browsed. Today I went in ready to get serious. I was asked if I had a budget,(I wanted to stay under $ 1,000). Right away Lori whipped out an express order catalog with GORGEOUS and VERY reasonably priced dresses. One immediately caught my eye. She helped me try a dress on with a similar fit being that they didn’t have my size in the store. Regardless, I was sold. The price for this awesome dress was only $ 700! I couldn’t believe they would have something so beautiful for so cheap.(And it doesn’t look cheap). This dress could easily sell for $ 500 more. I searched the other places in town and no other shop was so helpful, modest or held anything slightly pretty for a great price. The customer service was great. Lori ordered my dress on the spot. I wasn’t pressured to buy and I certainly wasn’t ignored or put on hold for help. I wasn’t there for more than an hour. If you want options good service and price is an issue they will help. I recommend this store hands down.

Just found my dress thanks to everyone at I Thee Wed. They have a great selection and prices are very reasonable(much lower than at other stores). Kim and everyone else who assisted were very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to friends. Thanks again for helping me find the one!

The two times I visited I Thee Wed, I interacted with Kim. She was very helpful and followed up as needed. I will admit the dresses were pricier than other places but her wonderful customer service won me over in this instance. I love how the wedding gowns are labeled by size. The shop is very roomy and clean as well. I also found two nice discounted dresses here. I’m very happy with my experience thus far.

At first glance this shop looks like nothing special… this was the sixth bridal shop I had been to in search of a wedding gown. Once I got inside I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of gowns! The ladies were very helpful but not pushy! I found my dress and bc I bought it off the rack I got 20% off! Great deal and great experience

Great customer service! Ended up finding my dress at another store but the two ladies working were accommodating and managed multiple brides well. No pressure from them to buy!

This little diamond in the rough of a wedding shop is fantastic. They have a good selection of dresses(from Alfred Angelo, Impressions, to Maggie Sottero — drool), and with very reasonable price points. I went in yesterday with my best friend and spent two hours trying on dresses(I loved them all!). I love all dresses — lace, ruched, fun, sparkly, whimsical — they’re all great! I couldn’t decide between two very different dresses, so she told us to go have lunch and talk it over and come back and try them on again. Lori was a breath of fresh air! They don’t work on commission there so truly they just want you to be happy with your choice. Their payment options are flexible, and they can service grooms/groomsmen and bridesmaids as well! I can’t wait to go back and«visit my dress!» Thank you guys for being so understanding and patient with a bride that came in wanting to try all styles on!

I Thee Wed is amazing. After horrible experiences at DB and pricey quotes from Men’s Warehouse, I was very discouraged. I Thee Wed was a breath of fresh air. This is not a high end boutique so they do not stay with you the whole time and cater to your every need. If that’s what you want then this is not for you. If you want honest, knowledgeable, and kind customer service with competitive prices then please see Kim. They have a great selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaids, moh gowns, and they are a Jim’s Tuxedo vendor. I had free reign of the salon. When I was ready to try things on, someone was around to zip me up. But I liked that I was not hounded. Kim is one of the best in the business. Not only did she email me the style numbers of dresses that would be in my price point before I entered the store. She was frank, friendly, and warm. All the thing a bride to be needs. When I didn’t find THE dress at the store, they recommended other salons that may meet my needs! We got bridesmaids gowns(Alfred Angelo) and all of the guys rented from I Thee Wed. They made it convenient for friends out of town to email in their measurements and call/fax payments.

I can’t say I would recommend the place, the customer service was quite poor and the selection wasn’t great. I went to I Thee Wed hoping to try on some Alfred Angelo dresses that I had looked into for a friend’s wedding. As my friend lives in the midwest and I’m on the east coast, I was pretty much on my own for the physical shopping for bridal dresses, although we had discussed dresses and agreed on several Alfred Angelo styles as options. When I arrived, one woman was on the phone and said she would be with me shortly. As I waited, another woman approached and asked if she could help, then when I began discussing dresses, informed me that she didn’t speak English well, and that I should wait for the other woman. I waited as the woman finished a call, and then she asked if I was looking for the dresses on the print offs that I had. I said yes, and she directed me towards a couple of racks and told me the dresses were there. I had expected to have some help finding the dresses, which was why I had printed off style numbers and pictures, but I was pretty much left on my own. I had to ask several times for assistance in finding some of the dresses, and all of the dresses were in fairly large sizes(10 was the smallest in any dress I tried), which didn’t work too well for me since I’m quite petite in addition to being thin. The woman at the counter did offer to clip the dresses so I would get a better idea of fit, and I headed back to try some of the dresses on. The fitting room assistance was minimal, with one woman handling both a bride in store and myself, and I ended up not liking many of the dresses I had picked. I decided that I did like one style well enough to go through the trouble of flagging the woman down to get help in clipping it, and she clipped the dress to help me get an idea of fit. The woman repeatedly came back as I was considering and told me that the dress looked great. I was already beginning to feel a bit pressured at this point, but decided that since I had favored this dress before I came in, I would go with it. Although I had told the woman when I came in that the wedding was out of state and I would be travelling, as well as the date, she didn’t clearly express that the dress might not be possible to order in that time until I had already started filling out paperwork. She called the company to order and said the dress could be there by the 7th of September. The overall tone of the interaction was quite pushy and unprofessional, with the woman rudely making a comment that I should«eat a cheeseburger» while telling the company that my size was zero under the company’s measurements(I usually wear a junior’s size 5 – 7) and then quickly stating that«that was a joke». My mother, who was with me, pointed out again that I would need to fly out to the wedding, and we might need to alter the dress, and asked that we get the dress by the 4th of September, since the staff woman was specifying the 7th as the«wear date» on the phone for the order. We were told by the woman that it wasn’t possible to get this date as a wear date for the dress at that time, and that the 7th would have to do. She said that the dress may get there as early as two weeks previous to the 7th. My mother and I stated that we weren’t sure that we wanted to order the dress if it might not get there before I had to fly out to the wedding. The store wanted a deposit of $ 100 on the dress, and I was on a tight budget to start with, so if the dress didn’t arrive exactly on time and in perfect condition, I would have no dress. The woman began to act quite perturbed with us and snappishly told the woman on the phone from the company that she would«have to call her back». We had told the woman previously that we weren’t sure of the purchase until we knew the delivery time of the dress, and she acted as though we were suddenly being problematic. After being treated quite rudely for a period of about ten minutes and told that we should just order the dress(as she repeatedly said«this is the best I can do» and treated us as though we were t), even though the woman could not guarantee that it would be there on time, I stepped outside for a moment because I was feeling quite upset and flustered. When I came back in and stated that I didn’t think I could buy the dress, the woman began to explain that Impressions brand dresses would come in more quickly. At that point, I had no desire to buy anything from the store, due to the rudeness. When I came in and stated the date, the woman should have directed me to dresses with a shorter order time from the start, rather than trying to convince me to buy a much more expensive dress that might not get there in time. Extremely poor service that was of no help, and I left with no dress.
