We serve Authentic Indian Cuisine — All you can eat freshly prepared daily Lunch Buffet and A La Carte available all times of the day. Heaven for vegan and gluten-​free dishes. We also serve Halal meat. Menu includes Tandoori Kabob specialities, Goat, Chicken, Lamb, Seafood specialities, Plenty of vegetarian choices and South Indian dishes, Desserts, Breads and drinks. We also have a full bar.

Established on November 10, 2003 to serve the Fredericksburg community, we specialize in authentic indian cuisine and serve an all you can eat lunch buffet everyday. We are very proud to be a part of the Fredericksburg community and are grateful for their support. Several Indian restaurants have come and gone but Guru has remained committed to providing excellent indian food and service in Fredericksburg .10 years and counting.

Meet the Business Owner

R. M.

Business Owner

Chef /​Owner R. M hails from the southern indian state of Kerala. She grew up in New Delhi and spent a lot of time in the kitchen with her mother learning to cook tasty food. Her husband hails from New Delhi. Once married R. M also learnt to cook all kinds of Northern Indian cuisine as well. She has been a chef/​owner at Guru Indian Cuisine since 2012. She brings the best of both worlds in Indian cooking, southern and northern Indian cuisine. To celebrate Guru’s 10^th anniversary in Fredericksburg she has added several dishes to the menu from her native Kerala such as Cochin Shrimp Curry, Kerala Chicken Curry, Lamb Mappas and other regional favorites such as Chicken Vepudu, Spinach Chaat and Bhelpuri. She enjoys cooking for her customers and loves being a part of the Fredericksburg community.
