The food is absolutely delicious and the employees are friendly. They are pretty quick as well. It is located in the food court of the mall so the cleanliness matches the rest of the food court. So therefore it’s fairly clean. The portions are excellent as well. I usually have to wrap up the rest of my food to go.

Love, love, love this place. Ever since they opened the food court and this place was there I’ve been going here. The staff know me after years and are always so friendly and helpful when ordering.

Hubby and I walked around the food court looking for something to eat after 8pm. Wanted to try something new and the folks at Great Steak grabbed our attention. Not sure what to get, the staff offered up the Philly Steak combo and Pastrami sub. They sold us.
Although it was a bit pricey (but typical for a Food Court), there was enough sub and fries for lunch the next day. Popped it in the oven and we had to great meals!
Full of meat on a great roll! We ate the fries fresh while we were driving — — nice and different.
Kudos to the staff and the cooks at Great Steak!

I ate here when the food court was brand new in Spotsylvania Mall with a family member. Both of us got food poisoning that day and this was the only meal each of us shared that day. It’s been a while since it’s opened and I don’t know if they’ve improved their food safety, but we won’t be coming back.
