Established in 1989.

U.S. Carpet Market is one of Frederick, Counties oldest flooring stores. It was started in 1989 by Said Assemi and he remained owner until selling the store to David Orban in 2007. David Orban is a graduate of St. Johns Prospect Hall (2004) and received his bachelor degree in Business Management from Mount St. Marys University (2008). U.S. Carpet Market is your complete flooring solution. From design to installation, we will handle everything until the end. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Business Owner

David was born and raised in Frederick, MD. He graduated from St. Johns at Prospect Hall (2004) and then went on to play division 1 lacrosse for Mount St. Mary’s University where he received his bachelor degree in Business Management (2008). In 2007 while still attending Mount St. Mary’s, David purchased U.S. Carpet Market. David’s father Michael left his position at Suntrust to come work with David and be president of U.S. Carpet Market.
