Began doing residential real estate in June of 2002 to the present day. Incorporated some appraisal and broker price opinions as well as appraisal review. In 2013 added rental showings as an independent contractor

Began real estate in 2002 and worked throughout Frederick and Washington Counties with some work in Montgomery County. Worked in southern Pennsylvania for a few years. Received a GRI designation and became an apprentice appraiser for 2 years. Reviewed appraisals specializing in Fannie Mae appraisals for 1.5 years. Have a BS in Political Science from Shepherd University and have formed networking groups in Frederick. Have strong contacts in the banking and insurance fields. Began working with rentals in 2012 as a leasing agent.
