Tire Pros of Frederick

Called yesterday to get some new tires for my car. I was unhappy with pricing and customer service at other places. Called tire pros and immediately I knew it was the place I wanted to go. Great customer service. And I was explained to about all the ins and outs of great quality tires to the cheap ones. Learned a lot about tires in a 20 min phone call. Also I felt rushed over the phone at other company’s. Here I felt like I knew the person helping me. Thanks tire pros.

I just picked up my car from tire pros of frederick and what a great day. Two new rear tires, tune up, and some other minor stuff all completed in one day and very reasonable. I came Tire Pros of Frederick after I was suspicious of the inspection I got elsewhere. Another place said I needed over $ 300 in work plus their inspection cost. I came to Tire Pros of Frederick and told them the results and asked them to confirm. All they had to do was say yup that other guy was right and I would have gotten the work done there. They checked and came back and said there was NOTHING wrong with my car except I needed one brake light bulb that was it. They have my business they were honest fast and efficient. I am new in town and so glad to have found «my» car guys!
BTW when they pass a previously failed car it makes them look suspicious, and they have to document their findings. All the more amazing that they were honest enough to go through the extra trouble.

Repeat performance. 86 dollar savings same day service. Booked a 6pm appointment and first time in 10 years they showed me a printout that said I do not need an alignment. Honest Place

Well those who feel this place helps is a victim of opportunity when things can go right at tire pros. My 1^st experience with them were superb however, there was am employee who «used» to work there that made tire pros «the spot» to go to when you’re vehicle is worn out and needs repair. When this employee left so did the customer service, reasonable discounts and outstanding care for your vehicle went. OUT THE DOOR!!! I tried 3 times occasionally trying to get my vehicle serviced at this location. I will regret it seeing that it’s been awhile i can’t recall everything.
My last visit was troubling. I was having problems with my A\C so i went to tire pros and they had took my vehicle into the shop held it for 3 days said they would have the part ordered (for an additional 3 days to get back with me). Then after calling them back several times to check the status of my vehicle. I had dropped my vehicle off for the 2^nd time i was waiting for them to call me back said i would have to come down there all the way from Hagerstown to see what was going on. Turns out they couldn’t fix it and said you need to go back to the dealership (knowing without warranty financially I’m screwed) so they told me there these 2 codes that (1402 & 1111) that continued to pop they didn’t know what to do (really?). So i finally took to a mechanic of a friend and they found the problem. JUST NEEDED FREON. A RECHARGE FOR THE A\C! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH TIRE PROS. SOMETHING THAT SIMPLE. People try and understand driving around with no a\c in 90 degree weather isn’t healthy nor safe. Because of my commute from home to work TIRE PROS PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER. SOMEONE PLEASE DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU
