Vaughn T.

Business Owner

Vaughn Thurman is an accomplished entrepreneur who has worked in IT management and the technology industry for over 20 years. In 1998, Vaughn founded Swift Systems, Inc., a regional IT consulting and managed services provider currently headquartered in Frederick, Maryland. After developing a web based work tracking system for internal use, Swift’s software engineers went to work on developing a full-​featured and scalable task-​centric Lean BPM solution, called JobTraQ®. This gave birth to his second IT startup «Swift Software» in 2003. Vaughn served in the United States Air Force supporting aerospace guidance and control systems and is an honor graduate of The Air Force University.
