The Learning Bee is an 8000 square foot early learning school with eight spacious classrooms and an indoor gym/​music room. We offer infant and toddler care, full and half day preschool, kindergarten readiness, educational childcare, summer camps and before and after school care.

The Learning Bee is ACCREDITED by the Maryland State Department of Education and we follow the Maryland Model for School Readiness. Only a small percent of early education centers have successfully earned this rigorous standard.

At The Learning Bee, we know the importance of providing a nurturing, safe, and educationally stimulating environment for young children. About the Owner:

Mrs. Cindi Webb is the owner of The Learning Bee. She and her husband Tom know the importance of providing a nurturing, safe, and educationally stimulating environment for children. The Webb’s have five children ranging in ages from 26 years to 5 years of age! Mrs. Webb has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business and an Associates Degree in Education. She is preschool and Director certified. Until age 40 when she and her husband added their third child to the family, she was a competitive Swing Dancer and teacher for adults and an avid performer and choreographer in local musical theater productions. She is currently an active Foster Parent and President of the Frederick County Foster and Adoptive Parents Association. Mrs. Webb has a passion for children and now dedicates her time to her family and the education and care of foster children, and all the children at The Learning Bee.
