Who knew that getting your gutters cleaned would be so easy? I was able to book everything online, didn’t need to be home, and paid my bill online. They were very communicative over email and event sent me a note when they had to move our appointment date due to weather. We opted to have photos taken of our clean gutters and the photos were good quality so it was easy to see that the work was done well.

After doing some shopping around, chose this company to service my gutters this winter. Not only found them to be reasonable, but very proactive (good communication before and after) and the service provided was excellent. Overall very satisfied.

Had a young man out a day after my original call from them. He was there for a half hour and was able to diagnose some problems we had with our gutters immediately. After their recommendations we signed up for a twice a year service.
Their first actual cleaning was last week and they fixed some problems that our contractor that had been working on the house for 3 months either caused/​or didn’t see. Let’s just say they now have a client for life!

I highly recommend Guttermaid! Absolutely amazing service. Our house is located on a wooded lot and is nearly 4 stories high so cleaning our gutters is not a quick and easy job. Other companies wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount to have our gutters cleaned and made it near impossible to schedule a cleaning. I inquired online at Guttermaid and someone contacted me within minutes to schedule a cleaning. They were out at the house 4 days later and had my gutters cleaned in no time. The crew that came out was very professional, friendly, efficient, and very very considerate of our property and home while cleaning our gutters.
We’ve been having problems with our gutters overflowing and after seeing what a great job they did with our cleaning I inquired about getting a quote to replace and/​or fix our gutters. Again, they got me scheduled for a quote within minutes of my inquiry and were out at the house that same week. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what’s wrong with our current gutter system and gave us lots of suggestions and options on how to improve it. Pricing was very favorable as well. We will absolutely be using them to repair/​replace our gutter system!

I Booked service over the phone and spoke with a service rep verbally to schedule an appt. I received a confirmation email after my phone conversation with my DC address. 1 week after my scheduled service they did not show up. I emailed to check in the status of my service and I was told that they do not service DC. No one contacted me to cancel appt or notify me of cancellation until AFTER I checked on the status and rated them accordingly on Unilocal.very disappointed. I have never visited their website or sign up online. I booked my appt over the phone with a human being presumably the gentleman below commenting.

I had a great experience with Guttermaid of Frederick. They came out when scheduled and did a very thorough job cleaning my gutters and repairing lose gutter spikes. They flushed the gutters and made sure they were working. They also installed gutter screens accross the back of my house where I have a leaf problem. Installation was fast and done well. The 2 gentlemen who came out to my house were very pleasant and professional. All my contacts with Jesse, the sales manager, were professional as well. They delivered what they promised.
I would recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them again before the Fall to install gutter screens on the front of my house.

I just moved to a new house, and contacted them a week ago. They gave me a time frame, and the price (no hidden fee). Today, I got a call from them letting me know that someone will be there in the next half an hour.
He worked well, fast, cleaned everything (he even had a blower), and he took the bags filled with leaves with him.

GutterMaid cleaned the gutters on my 3-​story townhome. They did an amazing job. I was impressed that they collected all the debris from the gutter for disposal (rather than trowing it off the roof or down the gutter spout). They even used a leaf-​blower (on the roof) to make sure the gutters were clean and drains were clear. Jesse was very pleasant and friendly. I am extremely impressed by their professional and personable approach to gutters, they seem to take it very seriously. I was overwhelmed by the many options of gutter cleaning companies, but I am very happy with Guttermaid and I am even going to use them again to install gutter guards!

My gutters were in need of cleaning and had the screens on them. I am not comfortable on a ladder anymore so I decided to look online. I sent my address to GutterMaid. They sent a range of days it would be completed. The next day I came home from work and they were cleaned:) great service and great price!
After a month I see plants growing from my back gutter. Obviously wasn’t cleaned out!

My husband and I moved into a house that had sat vacant for awhile. We were embarrassed to see that there were actually plants growing out of the gutter! Since we were without a proper ladder and scared of heights, we decided to hire someone to clean them out for us. The Guttermaid website is very easy to use, with prices clearly listed. I filled out a service request online and they got back to me promptly with a 3-​day service window. On the second day of that three day window, they called to let me know they would be there within the hour. I was out to lunch and by the time I got home they were packing up! What took them 15 minutes would have taken us several hours. There were no surprise charges, the price we paid was exactly what we were expecting. We would gladly call them again in the future.

Excellent quality and competitive price. We have a large home, and GutterMaid gave us an extremely competitive price to clean and nail our gutters. We were here to observe the service, which was very professional. Billing is online and the whole operation is quite high-​tech. We will use them again.
