Always wanted to start something of my own and decided to try something that I will enjoy doing. Sure enough this is something that I enjoy very much. I have been in this industry for about 6 years now and before started this, I was working for large IT company.

Do not take your phone to this company. They do not stand by there work. The employees do not have the authority to take care of any issues. Performed a glass repair on my phone Saturday at 6 pm. When I pushed on the screen the next morning it cracked. Owner took hours to call me back after many phone calls and informed me that it was my problem not his. Dishonest, not a reputable company use them at your own risk!!! It’s sad that there is no customer service left!!!

I had broken my phone screen was completely shattered. I was really distraught and didn’t know what to do. I didn’t have insurance on my phone and it was a brand new iPhone 6s. I was going to ATT&t to see if I could get this issue resolved then I see this store. I walk in very nice respectful people. Great service and straight forward and to the point. People there fixed my phone with no issue. Seemed like I took my phone to Apple. Amazing quality work. If you ever break your phone crack it or whatever FIX MY PHONE is the place to go.

I went to go get my phone fixed I dropped my phone off around 7:15 last night and my boyfriends phone we was told my phone will be fixed by 8 it was finished love it screen fixed however my boyfriends phone wasn’t done we was told it would be done the next day cause the owners friend brought his phone in (which was after ours) and his phone needed fixed which isn’t fair cause we had ours there first but in all it takes them forever to fix phones it seems like they pick and choose when they wanna do your phone the customer service is just poor the guy act as if he didn’t even want to fix the phones like he was in a rush or something to leave.

They kept my phone for 3 days waiting for the battery to come in. When I called to check on it they said it would be another day. I went and picked up the battery form the Battery store on 355 and brought it to them in less than an hour. I then paid them $ 40 for the manager to watch the same YouTube video on how to replace the battery that I saw; but he didn’t turn on the volume so he missed a step and broke a clip inside the phone. then I had to give them the screwdrivers that came with my battery to finish the job. I never thought I would have to pay them to «fix my phone» like that!

They fixed my cracked screen in about 20 minutes. The only thing I noticed is the vibration on my phone does not work anymore. I went to go plug it in after they fixed it and the noise it made was not normal. Ever since my phone has been making that noise and as of today it no longer vibrates. I guess that’s what I get for leaving and coming back to get it, but why should I wait around? We are suppose to trust people when we drop our personal things off. The guys could use a little more customer service training. The communication was poor and they didn’t explain why they need your pass code for your phone if they’re just fixing the screen.

FIX MY PHONE is a life saver! Brad is awesome. The service is on point. The prices are worth it. I’d rather pay to fix my phone than to buy a brand new one. I send all my family and friends to these guys cause there’s nothing like it.
If your phone is broken in any kind of way, go take it to these people.

Found about these guys from a friend and called them. They had the parts in Stock and only took them less than 30 minutes to repair broken screen on my 5s. Fast service, great prices and friendly customer service. I will highly recommend them. Go to them. They also have a location on Gaithersburg. #fixmyphone

Couldn’t have been better or friendlier service! It is in a very convenient location just next to the Westview movie theater. Aslam fixed the screen in under 30 minutes and it was extremely affordable! He was very professional… Couldn’t have been easier!
