Extra Innings is a year-​round indoor baseball and indoor softball training facility that is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of players of all ages and abilities. Our state-​of-​the-​art facility has over 20,000 square feet of training space, which includes indoor batting tunnels, coin-​operated batting cages, and a fully stocked pro shop. Extra Innings Frederick is the premier indoor baseball and softball training facility in west-​central Maryland area that is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of ball players of all ages and abilities. Extra Innings’ state of the art indoor baseball and softball training facility has 24 foot high ceilings and over 20,000 square feet, which includes 7 indoor batting and pitching tunnels, 4 coin-​operated batting cages, a fully stocked Pro Shop, and birthday party area.

My son, Matt played baseball locally and went on to play college ball. We realized there were no indoor facilities in the area to cater to the needs of baseball and softball players. I did some research and located the Extra Innings Franchise Co. The Franchise Company, located outside of Boston, Mass. specializes in opening baseball and softball training facilities. My son and I after talking to the company decided to open our own franchise in Maryland.
