John does an amazing job. I couldn’t recommend him high enough. I used him to manage my single family home, and he found a great renter in a very short period of time. He is very attentive to my questions, and has a good business mind that helps look at the property from an investment point of view. Boomtown will be representing my house for the entirety of it’s rental life.

John and Nicolette are a great team — Very responsive, know the local market well, and did a nice job preparing my property for rental then identifying a tenant right away. Fees have been very reasonable and their records management system makes things a snap. I’ve been working with them throughout most of this year and have no complaints, only good things to say. I’d highly recommend Boomtown to others who are just starting in renting out a property.

John, in response to your comment., that is not what you told me when you called me. You said that someone from the west coast called and rented it sight unseen.

I find it very unprofessional and even disrespectful/​rude to submit and pay for an application for a property only to receive no contact further from the company. It’s perfectly understandable that sometimes an applicant may not meet the qualifications or pass a credit check, but the applicant should be informed that he/​she didn’t qualify, not be ignored when emails, messages and texts have been sent to contacts she knows are valid for them. Extremely unprofessional.

Great experience. Professional and informative at all stages in the process. John definitely worked hard and exceeded our expectations in finding a quality renter quickly at a time of year that wasn’t easy (the holidays). Would definitely recommend Boomtown and John to others.

My wife and I are very pleased with this management company. They have definitely been one of the easiest to work with. Being in the Army, we’ve moved around a bit and dealt with a few property manager’s over the years. With this company, there are a couple things I’ve noticed that are handled well.
Payment is extremely simple, done via a secure website, either automatically or self-​initiated which is much easier than dealing with writing a check and waiting for it to clear.
Another one is the Landlord maintained appliances are a breeze to deal with. Recently I reported that the dishwasher was making a loud noise and didn’t seem to clean the dishes anymore and within 48 hours a new one was ordered and I was given a delivery date.
Communicating with the landlord is great as well. For maintenance issues, like with the dishwasher, I filled out a request through the website and it was handled promptly. Otherwise it’s been very easy to get ahold of them through texts or phone calls.
Overall I’m extremely pleased dealing with Boomtown Inc!
