Awful service! If you want to have an enjoyable experience, look elsewhere. Our driver (I believe his name was Najee) was late and came across as more of a salesman then a driver. The quality of the driving was poor and seemed as though he’d never driven a vehicle with people in the back before (sharp turns, stopping short multiple times, etc) The quality of the vehicle was poor. Parts of the interior were falling off and the audio was essentially broken. The air conditioning was broken and the car was only blowing hot air throughout the entire vehicle. Keep in mind, there were 8 of us in the car and it was in the high 80s that day. None of these are acceptable particularly since the driver and company seemed to be aware of these issues, yet they did nothing to rectify these problems. Due to the driver getting lost twice, we ended up going over our original allotted time. Rather than owning the fact that this was due to the driver/company’s negligence, our driver tried to throw on extra fees at the end of the trip. He also tried to throw in a $ 250 cleaning fee for using an ecig (smokeless tobacco vaporizer), which the driver has encouraged us that we could use in the car. Only to try and tack on additional fees, this trip felt more like an extortion scheme than a pleasant experience. This isn’t a company, but a group of scam artists.

TL;DR: Avoid at all costs. Extortion and terrible service — and the owners appear to be complicit with these acts.
After booking transportation for my upcoming wedding (services not yet rendered), a group of friends and I decided to use the same company for a wine-​tour outing over Memorial Weekend 2016. We booked a 10-​person Limo for 5-​hours of service for two winery visits.
Inside and out, the limo looked clean. However, the air-​conditioning was non-​functional for the duration of our ride. Our driver, Najee, said he had pointed this out to management on multiple occasions, but no sincere effort had been made to fix it (his words). He complained he was suffering even worse up front. We didn’t complain when he asked to keep the divider down to get some airflow from our open windows up to him. The audio in the passenger side was also not 100% functional, which was a bummer. Since we were departing and arriving in DC, heading to NoVa for winery, we had to spend an uncomfortable amount of time in a boiling hot Limo at the end of May.
Najee couldn’t have been worse. He arrived late, got lost twice along the way. All told, we lost a minimum of an hour due to driver error, which is doubly unfortunate given we had passed along our itinerary well in advance. Triply unfortunate since our reservation was noted as having «no-​overtime». We were paying for a service we couldn’t fully utilize.
At our first winery, he remarked how excited he was to be stopping at a winery to «work his second job.» Naturally, we all sort of chuckled thinking he was joking, but sure enough, he wasn’t. He whipped out a business card showing he was somehow affiliated with selling solar panels. We didn’t see him again until we needed to leave, but I can only assume he tried to sell solar to the winery, since he wasn’t at his vehicle when we were ready to leave. There’s no problem having two jobs. There is a problem trying to conduct your second job while on the clock for your first AND while working in a service industry with customers under your responsibility.
Second winery: He got lost again, and again we ended up behind schedule for an appointment. During this time, he kept remarking how he had another Limo appointment in the later evening, but stating how he «wasn’t going to do it» given how he felt he and the vehicle were treated by his management. Not really our problem, but he felt it was worth sharing.
At our second and final stop, he remarked to the group that we should «Take as much time as we need» as an apology from him and the company for being tardy and for the condition of the vehicle. Sounded fine. We didn’t take as much time as we needed, just the length of the tour (which, to remind you, we were already behind schedule for). We arrived at our drop-​off spot about 45-​minutes after our scheduled drop-​off time.
Let’s continue diving in. One of my friends had a tobacco-​vape (smokeless vaporizer) that he was using outside when we were stopped. Our driver insisted that he should be «more than comfortable» using it inside the vehicle. Ok, sure. So, on our way to our drop-​off spot, my friend had the window down using his tobacco-​vape. At one point during this portion of our trip, our driver loudly exclaimed that we should «pass that skunk to him» so he could partake. We all started laughing, thinking he was joking — it was obvious it wasn’t weed since the driver was the one who suggested to use the tobacco in the car in the first place. We couldn’t tell if he was joking or not, or what he was really after.
After pulling to our drop-​off, our driver’s tone changed immediately. First, he pulled me aside and said he would have to charge us a $ 250 cleaning fee for «Smoking in the passenger side» of the vehicle. No, not after you told the 8 of us that we were allowed to use the smokeless device.
Najee then went on to say he now required us to pay a late fee. Reminder, he gave us extra time due to his own negligence, and then tried to force us to give him money. He refused to leave until we paid him for both the cleaning fee and the late fee. One of my friends suggested we pay, however, we call «A Touch of Class» head office to do the transaction over the phone. Man, did that change Najee’s tone again! He started looking and getting really nervous, and then said he would «drop everything down to $ 90» and «not to mention the cleaning fee». Extortion at its finest.
I called to complain to the head office. After passing along my complaint, I noted my upcoming reservations for a shuttle and limo. Given my INCREDIBLY unpleasant experience with the limo, I requested to transfer the limo deposit as a shuttle payment. Ultimately, the owner’s refused to budge. I assume they were made fully aware of Najee’s actions. Given the quality of service we received, and how I NEVER asked for any refund, this is an unacceptable business practice and makes me believe the owners are complicit in this kind of behavior. Out of space to type more.

This was the worst limo service I have ever used. The driver was late and got lost multiple times which made our group lose an hour on our activity. There was no air conditioning in the limo and it was extremely hot. We were using ice to cool us down.
A group of us took this out for an activity in Virginia and the driver was no where to be found when it was time for us to move to the next location because he was inside trying to sell solar panels, apparently this was his side business. At the follow location the driver said he was with our group and followed us inside where he played on his computer as we ate dinner, when he should have been in the car fixing the air conditioning or trying to keep it cool.
Multiple times during the trip the driver slammed on his brakes, spilling our drinks and making us kind of fly to the front.
When we arrived back, the driver charged us for the hour we lost when he was late, missing in action while selling his solar panels and got lost on the highway. In addition to that extra charge, he said that we were smoking in the car because he said he smelled it. We actually smoked outside the car while we waited for him to finished up his side business.
I could not imagine this limo ride for a bride and groom. The experi nice was so horrible I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone, but especially not a bride and groom.
The drivers name was Najee. When we reached out to the company, they did not care about our concerns and supported the driver.

I hired A touch of Class Limo Service for roundtrip transportation to and from the Port of Baltimore. Our driver, Rhonda, was a little ahead of schedule on May 21^st to pick up the 6 of us and take us to Baltimore for a 5-​day Bermuda cruise. The majority of our luggage fit in the trunk and up front. When we returned to Baltimore and after collecting our luggage, we saw a white limo pull into the parking lot and waited for the driver to meet us which never happened so my husband walked over to find out if that was our limo, which it was. We schlepped our luggage to the limo only to have the majority of it ride with the 6 of us since only 3 pieces fit in the trunk and one up with the driver, James. He drove like a fricking maniac when he left the port, gunning the engine every chance he got, changing lanes and jamming on the brakes to avoid rear-​ending an 18-​wheeler. And that was on the beltway! Once he got on 70, he drove 82 mph all the way back to Middletown! I will NEVER use this service again!

If I could give them no stars, I would. I called, made a reservation to have my friends picked up from Jet Blue at BWI airport and prepaid and said to give the driver a 20% tip. The pickup was to be at 11:41 at night, so it was important to me that I get my friends to their destination in Frederick as easily as possible. Everything is confirmed via email and I think it’s all going to be ok. My friends arrive and the driver is not there. They call her and she is at Dulles airport!!! She’s at the wrong airport!!! To my knowledge, Jet Blue doesn’t even fly into Dulles, how could she be so stupid. This is a detail business and it’s the only thing they do, you’d think they’d get it right after emails and a phone call to the client. But no, I guess I should be thankful that the lives of my friends weren’t in the hands of a driver so careless that they can’t even read instructions.

This was my first time using a limo service. I decided to get a limo to surprise my mom for her birthday. The people at the office were very helpful and professional. Our limo driver Julie was amazing and she did everything she could to make our trip amazing. She was so super sweet and friendly and a great driver. The limo that I ordered was in the shop so we got a free upgrade. The limo was clean and had cool lights and I could play my music over the speakers. We had a blast and if I decide to rent a limo again, it’ll be with this company (and hopefully we’ll have Julie again as a driver) I highly recommend this company!

The whole actual limo experience was very nice. Our driver Tony was excellent. We had a lot of drop off and couple pick up spots and he was very quick to drive us where we wanted. He opened the door every time someone had to get out. I didn’t think it was necessary especially when it was very cold out and I felt bad. But either way it was really good. He’s a fantastic driver. We went to DC on a Friday so it was tough maneuvering but he did it!
I had a small change in time and it was accomdated easily. The limo was clean and stocked with what they said it would. Only complaint about limo was that the aux plug was loose so it didn’t work properly. Tony let us borrow us a good aux cord though.
The only reason this is 4 stars because someone in admin charged my card for the rest of the amount after I clarified more than once that I will pay the rest on the day of the event in cash. It took 4 days for the money go back on my card. A big inconvenience!
Overall Tony and the limo were awesome.

We had a great driver– Kyle. Considering the weather was awful– downpours– and he had to negotiate DC he did great. My only change would be a drop off closer to what we went to see– we had to walk a bit, which we didn’t mind, it was lack of knowledge on our and his part. He was super accommodating to retrieve us closer to where we were at, which isn’t easy in DC. He was prompt in arrival at 6 and called that morning to confirm. Booking was easy and they were very responsive via email. If you are bringing food I would size up a bit — we did the 10 person for 8 of us and I was glad since our bags took space.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Our driver Francis was absolutely awful to our group from the moment she arrived. I’m appalled at the treatment we received. Especially for the amount of money that was paid.

Very rarely do I ever give anything the highest rating, but our driver Steve was a wonderful person and made our experience truly great.
We rented an SUV (Lincoln Navigator) with driver for a small group ladies to tour a couple vineyards in Leesburg and our pick up/​drop off was in DC — the vineyards were over an hour away. This was to celebrate one of our girls who was getting married the next day. Steve called me the day before to confirm and make sure I had his number. He arrived early and called to let me know he was there, and he had a cooler and water available for us. He was so nice and accommodating during our time and when we arrived back at our hotel in DC, we realized that one of us (the bride to be) left her wallet at one of the vineyards. Steve was so amazing — he offered to go back to the vineyard to look for the wallet, which allowed us to continue our plans and go to dinner that evening without compromising our planned itinerary for the day. Steve went back to the vineyard, found the wallet and brought it back to us in DC!!! The bride was already under a ton of stress since her wedding was the next day, and Steve was able to take that unanticipated extra stress off of her. He took two-​and-​a-​half hours out of his time to take care of this, and he did it from the graciousness of his heart. His actions reminded us that there are truly good people around and he is definitely one of them.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and especially Steve as a driver. May he be showered with endless blessings! Kudos to A Touch of Class for having such a great driver on their team!

My family hired a touch of class for a funeral. We had two limos. According to the driver, the vehicles have to travel over 40 mph for the A/​C to kick in. We rarely went over 40, but even when we did the effect was marginal. When we were done, we all needed showers. It was hotter in the limo than it was outside at the cemetery. On top of that, they refused to take us an extra block to our hotel at the end saying our time had run out (they dropped us at the memorial location).

2^nd time using touch of class and I couldn’t be happier! The drivers are great, the bus was perfect, and we all had a great time! Can’t wait to use their services again!

Our driver was 20 min late, the «red carpet» was like 5 feet long, the iPod hook up was broke and the radio barely worked, here was not water or ice, our driver tried to tell us that we couldn’t go to our third winery after only going to two because there wasn’t enough time. When I reminded him he was late and owed us more time he took us. Not using this company again.

I rented a limousine for 5 hours on a Saturday evening to take us to dinner and around the Washington, D.C. area. Everything went perfectly. The driver arrived on time and was courteous to take us wherever I asked him to take us. The booking process was easy and the limousine was reasonably priced compared to others. I had a tough time finding one with decent reviews that was not too expensive and I finally chose A Touch of Class, which I would recommend to anyone in the DC area.

I take a car service to the DC area once per week. I truly wish there were an option to give negative stars. I have simply never had a professional car service operate in this fashion. For their price range I would strongly suggest hiring a DC area car service as they are cheaper and provide service in late model automobiles with professional drivers sans driver attitude problems.
This service showed up with a circa 1993 Lincoln town car. It looked liked the inside of my apartment when I was 18 years old. I am pretty sure the car that took me to my 1997 high school prom limo was a nicer ride. The driver appeared as if she were prepared to drive Robbie from the wedding singer. I did however appreciate the attitude at the end of the night when she asked for a $ 45 overage for 14 minutes usage and specifically inquired about a tip. Again, as a frequent professional car service user, I don’t feel that this is the norm. I paid $ 550 for usage for the night and have grown to expect superior service for this price point. I strongly feel this should have been a more pleasant, professional service. I will use my DC contact in the future and suggest you do the same.
I spend about quite a bit more on transport to the city on car services and have never been treated in such a fashion.
Use Über, Lyft, Empire or call ANY OTHER service if you need a car.

I used your so called «service» recently. I don’t even know where to start with how disappointed we are. First, there was no red carpet service. Second, there was no «almost married» sign. Windows didn’t work, Moon roof didn’t work. NO ice or water in coolers. The radio didn’t work either. On top of that we talked your RUDE «general manager» and he was no help and he lacked good customer service skills. I can’t believe we wasted our money on your crappy limo service. We’ll be sure to not recommend your company to anyone.

We used the Deep Creek Lake area service. It was a last minute call on our part, on a Sunday night, and the driver arrived as promised and phoned beforehand to confirm he was on the way. Great service.

I do not recommend A Touch of Class Limousines. They require a non-​refundable 50% deposit and are inflexible with making any changes to the original order. The one female who had answered the phone was helpful and friendly, but the manager, Bobby, was very defensive and rude to me when I politely requested to cancel services. Other Limo companies in Frederick, MD (such as On the Town) are more flexible and have better customer service and communication. I strongly suggest contacting those companies instead.
