History
Established in 2005.
A New Leaf Coaching was established in 2005, when founder, Anne Kelly, first began coaching individuals and teams. Anne is so passionate about providing coaching that she left her full time federal career as a Leadership Development Training Specialist, to launch her own business. So yeah, Anne understands clients when they talk about whether the time is right to take a leap, be it business or personal!

Founder Anne Kelly has been a business coach since 2005, and a resident of Frederick, MD, since 2001.
Anne began coaching while an employee of the federal government and fell in love with the results she witnessed in the lives of the people she coaches; profound results both at work and at home.
A New Leaf Coaching was started in 2005 when Anne took the leap to start her own coaching and training business.
Today Anne volunteers with local International Coach Federation (ICF) chapters and with the non-profit Foundation for Inspired Learning. When not coaching or training she is most likely found in her family’s beautiful garden or, enjoying two very spoiled dogs!
