A&S Sales, Frederick, MD, was recommended to me by my daughter. The showroom models look just like the ones in her home. I selected the stone, they measured the counter. When they installed it, it had so many blemishes on it that it is an eyesore. They did not give me the stone I purchased. The seam was not matched at all. I paid them as I promised but they let me down. My credit score is my priority. They did not return my calls or emails. This grandmother is disappointed with her first granite kitchen counter top experience.

A & S Sales is a stone fabricator in the Mount Pleasant area of central MD. They have a generous inventory of interesting stone from which to choose. They will give a quote on the spot and will immediately schedule both countertop measuring/​templating and installation. They are one of a few fabricators who still template with cardboard – which, from my experience (multiple houses), is the *best* way to get the most accurate countertop measurements. Once you pay for and tag a piece of stone, it is yours; they will not sell it out from under you (been there with another fabricator). The five countertops they fabricated for my husband and me recently had a one-​week turnaround, fit perfectly, and look gorgeous. We highly recommend them. Thank you, A & S!
