Red Tail Rafting

We could not have picked a better outfit for our kids first whitewater rafting experience! John was our guide and was super knowledgeable on the area and river. It was great and we will do the full day next time!

Red Tail rafting didn’t a fantastic job on our half day trip. Everything was well organized and put together. Tony our river guide was super knowledgeable about the river, wildlife and the weather. He also added some humor to make it a great trip. So if your in the Winter Park, Frasier, Granby area check out Red Tail you won’t be disappointed.

For family vacation this year we decided to be more adventurous and go rafting! We had Mouse as our tour guide and he made us feel comfortable and safe while still having some crazy fun on the river! I would recommend red tail rafting for any family looking to get adventurous but still keeping it relatively not so scary! Thanks Mouse and Sam!

My family and I went to Winter Park for Minis in the Mountains! and we stayed at Winter Park resort! Red Tail Rafting is a couple miles from Winter Park resort so all we had to do is park our cars at the Red tail rafting store and a Van took us to the rafting location!!! Tony «sheepdog» was our guide! he was wonderful and informative! This outfit is a smaller rafting company! so its not like a cattle car company! ie. people stuffed into a van and on a raft! Its very personal and they get to know you !!! I would recommend the full day trip as you get to relax and take a break and have lunch! The rapids went up to a class 3 for us that day! and we had a ton of fun!!! I will use Red Tail Rafting and Tony as my guide!!!
