Had a similar experience. Needed some supplies, which took them over two weeks to figure out if my insurance paid for. Then they forgot to ship it. Took over six weeks from the day I ordered to the day I received. Not acceptable – I’m moving elsewhere.

I placed an order online on 1÷12÷15 and paid extra for two day shipping. I have a copy of the purchase; an order number, and proof of payment. All of my own contact information is entered correctly. Sixteen days later, I have received nothing. I called the number listed in the ‘contact us’ section of the site. The man who answered had no record of my transaction, and said that the # listed on the site for ‘Buy Direct’ was inaccurate. He gave me a different number to call. I tried that twice, and only reached a voice mail. I’ve left messages there explaining my situation. No response. I’ve used their online contact form to request assistance. No response. I’ve emailed their sales address. No response. They were very prompt in taking my money, but now it seems they have no intention of delivering me what I paid for, and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed and irritated. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
