Specialties
Three decades of experience enables us to guarantee that if we take on your claim as your Tennessee or Kentucky public adjuster or your Alabama insurance appraiser we will increase your settlement or you owe us nothing. That’s a promise. Simply stated: our clients keep 100% of what the insurance company initially offers them and we are compensated on only a small percentage of the additional monies we get for them.
We are members of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, the Better Business Bureau and other respected entities and uphold the high ethical standards they require of their members. We will not ask the insurance company to pay for something they don’t owe, but be assured that we will carefully, and skillfully, make a claim for absolutely every benefit that you are entitled.
History
Established in 1985.
Mr. Howarth has over 25 years of experience in the insurance claims adjusting business. He started out on the insurance company side of the business and advanced to a management position of training adjusters for State Farm Insurance Company. After several years there, learning the claims business from the inside, Mr. Howarth decided that he would be much happier using his knowledge to help policy-holders instead of the insurance company through the difficult process. He «jumped ship» and has been helping people directly with their claim problems ever since. Mr. Howarth is a licensed Public Adjuster in Tennessee and Kentucky (along with several other Southeastern states) and has acted as Appraiser in the insurance appraisal process many hundreds of times. He is also a Rule-31 Supreme Court approved Mediator in Tennessee.
