History
Established in 2007.
The Clinical Recruiter was founded with the goal of bringing together healthcare organizations and qualified employees in order to create an optimal atmosphere for great patient care. Our account managers are former healthcare executives who understand healthcare and the unique skill sets needed for each position. Our account managers have direct hospital experience to lean on, ensuring we qualify and deliver the right individual for each position or opportunity.
The Clinical Recruiter functions in a two-fold manner. First, we operate as a search firm by working with employers to qualify and deliver top talent for their open positions. Our model is to work in a partnership role, with shared information and open communication with the hiring managers, allowing us to deliver the exact match. Secondly, we act as a delegate for healthcare employees looking for new opportunities. We meet with healthcare employees and listen to what they require in a new position.

The Clinical Recruiter was founded in 2007 by a healthcare executive who clearly understands that a healthcare organization can only provide high quality, cost-effective patient care with the correct mix of leadership and personnel.
The President/Owner, Chris Monroe is a Master’s prepared Healthcare Executive with 20+ years experience as well as a member of the American Coalition of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). After graduating with a B.A.in Healthcare Management, Chris began his career as a hospital Respiratory Care Practitioner and advanced to management within a few years. By 1996, Chris joined Tenet /IASIS Healthcare as Director Ancillary Outreach Services and over the next 10 years held roles such as, Regional Contracts Manager, Regional Director of Managed Care, & CEO. In 2007, Chris obtained his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) Certification from the National Association of Personnel Services and founded The Clinical Recruiter, a nationwide healthcare placement firm.
