I ordered a cutting board for Christmas (through Etsy) and indicated I did not care if it would ship after New Year’s. It is now January 21st and my order has still not shipped, even though I have contacted Samuel multiple times TRYING to get some kind of an indication that he knew what had happened to my order. Samuel was unresponsive to my text messages and phone calls, and even after I tried to cancel my order he did not respond or even indicate that he cared at all.
Honestly, I feel like he stole from me and scammed me, because I paid $ 45 and have received nothing, not even an apologetic text.
