Meet the Business Owner

Ted B.

Business Owner

Dr. Behar received his BA, magna cum laude from Union College in Schenectady, New York. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine New York, where he was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. His general surgery internship, residency and chief residency were completed at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and his plastic surgery training was performed at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Behar maintains a special interest and emphasis in aesthetic breast surgery, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation.
