Stopped here in Franklin, KY Pilot for gas and snacks at 2:30 am on the way to FL.
Cashier, Kim, was very nice and helped us to get ice for wife’s sprained wrist from soda area and even helped me to carry souvenir gifts I purchased and sodas out to the car since this task is more difficult with my walker.
The Pilot store is well stocked and staff are courteous and friendly.
The store itself, including the restroom is clean and well maintained.

This pilot is old and dirty. Gas pumps do not work properly. I had to wait about 30 mins to fuel up not even a full tank. Then the receipt didn’t print we went inside to get it and they had trouble there. The staff wasn’t the best either. The showers were a bit dirty. The coffee was cold. I wouldn’t recommend this stop unless you really need to go. Also the one across the street isn’t much better.
