Staff friendly and food ok. Skimping on meats and restaurant is sticky. Chairs sticky, floors sticky, etc. I judge a lot on cleanliness and this one is sub par

Like most places they don’t know how to feed a vegetarian. There was no more veggies on my sandwich than my buddy who had a chicken club. See the pictures on the wall I want that! I want veggies not bread. Wasted $ 6. Customer service was really good though. Probably great for meat eaters just not satisfying for a vegetarian.

ok it’s a chain, but on the road traveling for work that’s what I’ve got to deal with a lot in rural indiana. and I’ve never had a bad experience at a Penn station. i get cravings for the pizza sub and their lemonade constantly! and this particular one the service was great. i was checked on asked if everything was good offered a refill, and when i finished they stopped by again and took my tray and threw it away for me and that’s definitely never happened. nice and clean too

Just like any other Penn Station, I love it! Philly with extra provolone and fries, yum.
