Eating in is typically ok but I ordered take out today for myself and a coworker. I was seriously hungry so I ordered a double serving of tofu and broccoli in the Bangkok Curry Buff Bowl and the same for my coworker but with the normal amounts and with chicken. Her dish had more broccoli and protein than mine but both had barely any spinach. Staff was friendly as always and the sauce was good but I paid $ 4 extra for more protein and broccoli and didn’t even receive the normal amount!

This was a surprisingly nice spot to get a reasonably priced lunch. I always thought this was some weird Asian/Italian mashup place, but really it has an Italian menu and an Asian menu. You pick a base bowl, its size, and can add proteins on top of that. The calories for all the choices are listed so I really liked that in choosing what to eat. We got the Bangkok Curry and the Indonesian Peanut Sauté and some pot stickers. The pot stickers were okay and had been smashed flat. Both of the noodles dishes were quite nice with full bold flavor and quality ingredients. I was a little surprised how flavorful the dishes were considering this is a chain that is trying to appeal to the masses. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly.

My husband is doing a school project for grad school on noodles and company. As part of his research, we went here for lunch today. Unfortunately, I was not impressed in the least. The staff was friendly, but you could tell that they were stressed and not fully trained. It looked as though the place really needs a good cleaning. I had the pad Thai, which was ok, but very salty. My husband has Mac and cheese which lacked any flavor whatsoever. The potstickers we ordered as a side looked limp and like they just came out of a plastic bag and microwaved. The drink fountain was cool, but had a subpar offering. The lemonade tastes like I drank pure sugar that was old. The ice tea had no flavor, so then I didn’t drink anything. I had high hopes, as this place seemed cool in theory and has a variety of menu options. For $ 20 though, I think I will pass on this place in the future and eat anywhere else.

Who would have thought that someone could take a fine cuisine and turn it into a nasty fast food chain. I ordered a pad Thai Japanese soba noodle and pot stickers. The pad Thai tasted like pan oil and overpowering salon Truax child porn charges the chicken I asked to add to it was a flattened former chicken breast that was perfectly Cubed and tasteless. The soba noodles with these rubbery fat worm like thingsagain tasteless The color of muck. The so-called mushrooms they use our clearly rehydrated dehydrated mushrooms that taste like straw. The potstickers look like they were flattened by a press to brown the outside of the doughy shell with tasteless filling and a chili sauce so damn hot it must be to mask all the tasteless food! CLEARLY A PLACETOAVOID, unless you prefer terrible fast food!!!

Went there a couple of times and it seems they are improving! The first couple of times we went there the dishes were quite small and my hubby still felt hungry after completing the dish. There was once some other vegi was mistakenly put as cilantro in my pad thai bowl. My hubby didn’t want to try again until last week – our LO who was born in March loves noodles and we decided to take her there to try! It was a much better experience compared to before: 1. The serving is larger – my hubby ordered based on previous experience and it turned out to be too much for us. 2. The tastes are overall good and no mistakes this time. The staff are timely in terms of getting additional plate for us and clean up the table. 3. We ordered the Chicken noodle soup for our LO and she clearly loves the noodles and carrots in it. 4. The manager and several staff checks in and say hello to our LO – very friendly and our LO smiles at them. After this visit both my hubby and I agree that we would visit again in the future!

Stopped in today with my family for lunch. We ordered kids meatball and spaghetti, spinach and fruit salad, Bangkok bowl, pad Thai and dumplings. The staff were friendly and the food came out fast. It was very very disappointing!!! I returned the pad Thai two bites in. The smell was horrendous! Like dirty water! The manager was nice and offered another bowl but I was all set. The salad was ok sort of skimpy… The Bangkok bowl was probably the best. Lots of veggies and a good tasting sauce. My youngest liked the kids meatballs. The three dumplings were good… But not worth ordering again. The gave us a coupon for two free bowls but I can honestly say I am not sure we will ever be back. A waste of $ 40…

Really inconsistent, from dish to dish and from visit to visit. Sometimes on some visits it’s good, at other times pretty bad. Forgot to put some of our items in the takeout bag one time. Was willing to cut them some slack in the beginning due to startup, but at this point there’s no excuse.

Tastes like a step between Olive Garden and Lean Cuisine. If you’re not picky about your vegetables being prepackaged or chicken tasting artificial, this place is for you. I wanted to like you, Noodles & Company, but I’ve got to give you two stars.

Stopped in for a «quick» lunch… BIG mistake. The place interested me by the Panera-like look. Upon entering, I noticed what appeared to be the majority of employees were sitting at a table eating, chatting and joking around. Odd, as there were 2 dirty tables, crap on the floor. The fountain beverage area looked like a 3rd grade field trip had just taken place there. Expecting an Asian-type noodle house, I was baffled by the eclectic menu of what seemed to be a case of trying to please too many people, rather than specialize in anything. Not finding anything that I was expecting, I ordered what I would thought would be a safe choice: Wisconsin Cheesesteak. Second mistake. After what turned out to be 2⁄3 of my lunch break, I got what they considered to be a meal. It was a very underwhelming, small sub-like sandwich, wrapped in paper. It had been cut while wrapped, to there were tantalizing little morsels of goddamn paper in my sandwich! Which, by the way, looked like it had been thrown of the back of a moving truck. Then I ate it… Worst mistake. The bread was soggy and pasty from soaking up moisture from the contents inside. These contents consisted of slivers of peppers, red onion and mushrooms in with what appeared to be cubes of processed ‘meat’ reminiscent of dog food(no exaggeration). That whole mess was doused it their cheese sauce that was the color and consistency of vomit and smelled just as vile. I had to eat, so I choked down a quarter of the sandwich and was sick for the rest of the day. The rest ended up just where it belonged… left to die on the table. Maybe the noodle/pasta dishes were better, maybe the grill person had a bad day. I don’t know what went wrong, but what I do know, I will not be returning to Noodles n Co.

Very clean and nice atmosphere inside. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was served quickly. I got the Alfredo MonteAmore and it was awesome! My daughter got the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and she loved it. Very good. I’ll definitely be going back and I highly recommend.

I’m giving this place 3 stars mainly based on the service. The manager on duty this afternoon was extremely knowledgable and helpful in regards to giving me options for gluten free eating. I ended up getting a pad Thai that was pretty bland. It wasn’t terrible or anything but for 10 bucks I was expecting more. I got take out but I noticed the place was pretty clean as well. I will probably give this place a second chance.

Came in on Sunday evening just before closing time. Was expecting all employees to be impatient as it was closing time. Thought the experience would be sub par. But was taken by surprise. Order was taken quickly. Food arrived quickly. Food was at right temp. Food was delicious. All employees seemed busy in closing activities but didn’t forget our presence. Some employees were seen cleaning up. Wiping tables, wiping doors etc. Our bowls were promptly removed from our table as we left. Excellent service and great employees.

We have been a few times with the family and the food has always been really good. It is very busy most of the time, so it can take a little bit, but it is understandable. The one thing that I would say could use a little work is cleanup. Things can sit on tables for a while before they are attended to.

Hubs and I went for a quick lunch on a work day. The meal took a while to come out. His steak stroganoff was okay a tad over-salted. I ordered the Spinach & Fresh Fruit Salad WITHOUT onions. The only fruit was strawberries and the first two times the salad came out it had onions. My husband had finished his meal before the second attempt came out. No one apologized or offered anything as compensation. When the salad finally arrived with no onions the server had her finger in the bowl and about six bites in there was a hair. I gave up and just left. Disappointed

When I entered and ordered, they were slow and it took about 15 – 20 minutes for Japanese noodles to come out. What made that even worse was luke warm food. With that said, the taste was good, maybe it was an off day, but with Chipotle across the street for under $ 8.I should have gone there.

Have been there twice and had someone do pickup. Haven’t had the chance to try much, but so far everything seems very good and very fresh. Among dishes we’ve tried are Beef Stroganoff, Thai Hot Pot, Pad Thai, Japanese Pan Noodles, and Alfredo MontAmore. All were really good, though I find the«small» sizes actually *too* small and a bit overpriced. Have not sat down and eaten there yet. So far seems very promising!

Four stars is as good as I get with any franchise, so take that into account. I really like it on my first visit. Menu selection was eclectic but not overwhelming. Freshness of the food was outstanding. Staff was friendly. Nice, very nice. I had Indonesian Peanut Sauté and a Sam Adams Summer Brew, perfect after my 35 mile bike ride earlier in the day.

Great food and great experience all around. Really happy this is in Franklin! A ton of people have been here every night since opening, when I have driven by almost the whole parking lot is full! The vegetables in the salads are so fresh. The owner we talked to last night said that the vegetables are chopped 3x a day by hand and everything is fresh daily — and you can tell! The salad is far from the bagged salad you get at the grocery store… that kind of salad has a very specific, odd taste. The salad thats prepared here is very fresh and crisp. You can tell it is not from a bag! Will definitely be back often.
