Real Estate is my passion and I cannot imagine doing anything else as a profession but what I currently do — help individuals attain their real estate goals.

My real estate business is straight forward and simple. Since moving to Nashville in 2010 every client I have had has been from a warm referral, meaning, until now when I decided to take 2015 to the next level, I had not advertised nor marketed my business. I have been given deals without effort… I pride myself in this because what this shows is that I deliver results and that my clients know that they are my first priority. This has propelled me to receive referrals from prior clients or friends and has maintained me busy throughout the years.

My goal is to gain your trust so being that said, I will never jeopardize the opportunity to demonstrate that your best interest is my first priority.

Monique is a entrepreneur at heart, she is professional, multicultural, multilingual and known as a fierce negotiator. She redefines the meaning of Realtor to Realtor Extraordinaire.

Monique has lived in three countries; born in Southern California where she lived until the age of twelve, Mexico for six yrs then in Europe for two yrs where she continued her education.

She is serving as liaison between the USA and Mexico in real estate referrals/​purchases such as vacation, retirement, relocate or vacation homes. Monique is dedicated to making dreams come true and resides in TN where her heart is invested with buyers that are relocating to the Greater Nashville area or local residents buying or selling.

Her area of expertise is in negotiations where she is nationally certified as an expert negotiator.
