Marble Slab Creamery

Marble Slab Creamery is a small ice cream kiosk located on the lower level of Cool Springs Galleria. Several ice cream flavors are offered here, as several toppings choices (candies, fruits, nuts, sauces) to mix in with the ice cream, which is combined and pressed in on a cold marble slab and served, a similar concept to Cold Stone. Create your own treat, choose your favorite flavor of ice cream and choose as many mix-​in toppings as desired for your treat. Several Favorite Combinations of ice cream with selected toppings are offered too. You can get your cold combination (or plain ice cream) in a cup or cone, waffle cones offered here. Made to order smoothies, shakes, malts, floats are also offered here. Coca Cola fountain drinks, cold bottled drinks, and ICEE drinks served here too.
I stopped here for a break recently. I sampled the Key Lime Ice Cream and got a Small Size Cup ($ 5 with tax) and chose Key Lime Ice Cream mixed in with raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, walnuts, and cookie dough. The cold treat was decent, with the ice cream almost melted already (sort of liquified) mixed in with my toppings choices. The ice cream had a sweet and sour flavor mixed with the sweet toppings, good to have on a hot day (outside of the mall).
