Terrible experience. Terrible store. I went to this location looking for baby proofing items such as out let covers, etc. I was sent to 4 separate locations by 4 separated and moderately helpful associates. After the 4th stop I waited at the service for 10 minutes to speak to a manger and entry sky had to call to speak to him. I wasted my lunch break on something I can order on Amazon in 5 minutes. Lowes locations like this are the reason physical retail is being phased out by e commerce.

While I was searching for shower repair parts with no employees in sight I was able to find what I needed at Amazon. So I complement Lowes on their ability to force me to comparison shop rather than buy anything from their store.

When you wake up on a Saturday morning and the dryer you started at midnight is still spinning, the clothes still cold and wet, it’s time to by a new appliance! So my wife went online on a Saturday afternoon, clicked purchase, and literally the dryer was being installed by Lowe’s Sunday morning less than 18 hours later! I’ve never seen anything like it! That act alone earns them a 5-star rating! I’ve always been a lover of Lowe’s and a doubter of the Depot. I once went to Home Depot, obvious competitor of Lowe’s, to buy a refrigerator and they didn’t have what I wanted. So I went to Lowe’s and they had better prices and the exact style of fridge I was looking for. One Christmas I scoured Home Depot for a certain type of holiday lights but couldn’t find them. I went to Lowe’s a found the exact lights I needed. This continued on several other occasions before I simply gave up on Home Depot. Lowe’s has better prices, a larger selection, and they always seem to have exactly what I need. And they recently remodeled this particular store, now totally modernized. I’m sorry Home Depot, but you have perpetually disappointed me. Fool me the first five times, shame on you. Fool me a sixth time, shame on me. Lowe’s, you made my wife’s weekend! Happy wife, happy life!!!

The girl at the checkout could not have been more useless if she had tried… although she is apparently one of those pathologically useless creatures cultivated by entitlement mentality or ‘everyone gets a trophy for showing up’ ethos who has no clue about trying. She put my plants in the bags sideways, and tried not to put the cacti in bags at all… pushing them to the end of the counter, then staring at me with the signature vacuous expression. Is the labor pool around here so poor? Please, would anyone with even a hint of intellect and work ethic apply at this Lowe’s?

They have a wonderful selection and good prices. They’ll match any other competitor’s price and then beat it by 10%. All the employees are polite and knowledgeable.

They have great fall mums! And I always receive great customer service when I shop Lowes.

I usually shop at Home Depot since it is near my office, but today we where near Lowes and decided to look at some ceiling fans. I must say that not only was the employee that helped us knowledgeable, he could not have worked any harder to make sure we had exactly what we wanted — which in this case was 3 different fans. When the computer said the last fan we wanted was in stock — but evidently misplaced — he searched everywhere trying to find it until we told him not to worry about it since we already had 2 in the cart and could order the third through their website. I even had to ask him once to not worry about us for a minute and help another customer that needed assistance. It was apparent he truly cared about our satisfaction and hated to «give up.»

My first stop now. I was a big Home Depot fan, but I drive past the Brentwood Home Depot to go to Lowes, because of HD reduced selection, I will have to drive to Lowes anyway to get everything for my projects-esp. Tile or hardware.

It’s not Home Depot. Staff is helpful(and you can find them). Also, very clean.

I have a strange infatuation with home improvement supplies. I could spend all day wandering around this store. This location specifically has an extremely helpful staff. Not only are they helpful but they are super friendly too! I’m not sure about other locations, but this store offers fun activity classes for kids! I turned the corner behind the paint section and there were literally 50 toddlers building wooden Lowe’s race cars and all the kids were wearing little Lowe’s aprons! It was so cute! I would love to take my daughter to an activity here. So cool.

Since we recently moved to Franklin, we’ve been coming to this place A LOT. I think we’ve been at least 10 or more times to buy all sorts of things… light bulbs, sink faucets, door knobs, paint — you name it. The service here is amazing — there’s always someone around to help you when you need it. Every person I’ve come in contact with at this store has been incredibly nice and very helpful. The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is that they seem to be out of stock on things we want. Not always, but enough to frustrate us. We had to drive to the Nolensville Road store to get a particular kitchen sink faucet we liked. But even so, I know we’ll continue to keep this place in business for a long time to come. :)
